A perfect location to drop your car
A perfect location to drop your car off and head to LGW to catch your flight. Staff were helpful and friendly and the drop off and pick up was very easy. Would definitely use them again if we fly out of LGW.

Excellent facility, rude reception
Excellent facility, close to the airport, simple process but the staff at the drop off desk were rude and threw the receipts and call cards at me.

Great service
We have been using Cophall parking for years and have never had a problem. It is a bit harder these days as at 70 humping your own suitcases on and off the bus, especially when busy, is not easy! But other than that its a great service!

I would have rated 5 starts if
I would have rated 5 starts. But at numerous times while I was on holiday I got a notification from my car app to tell me the vehicle had been left unlocked. I appreciate that they might have to move cars around etc, but when I got the first notification, I kept an eye on it and my vehicle was left unlocked for almost 3 hours.. luckily we have access to this information but what about the people that don’t. I did email and I got an apology but since that email, it happened again. A little unsure about the trusting them again.

As part of our operation, vehicles are block parked within our secure compound to maximise capacity and ensure the efficient movement of customers' vehicles. During these movements, vehicles may occasionally remain unlocked for short periods whilst being repositioned. However, they remain within our secure compound, which is protected by security measures and CCTV at all times.
We're pleased that you contacted us directly and that we were able to respond to your concerns. We appreciate that the notifications continued afterwards, but we would like to reassure you that your vehicle remained within our secure storage facility throughout its stay.

Car not ready on return and then 45 minute wait
Despite knowing that we were due to land at 2pm and a phone call whilst we were at baggage reclaim when we arrived back at Cophal our car waz not waiting for us.
Initialy we were told there was a power cut and they were behind moving the cars due to not having the information and then told that a car needed jump starting at the top of our cars row.
We ended up waiting 45 minutes for our car after a long flight and the due to the delay ended up stuck in traffic after an accident on the M25 which we would have missed if our car was ready.
Very disapointed as we have never had an issue at cophal before but believe that knowing we are coming they should be getting the cars out with plenty of time to deal with any issues and have it ready for us.
