If airport parking had a personality, Gatwick Park and Fly would be that effortlessly organised friend who somehow makes everything feel easy.

From the moment we arrived, the service was warm and genuinely friendly, not the forced kind, but the sort that makes you feel like your car is in good hands and your trip is off to a smooth start. There’s something reassuring about handing over your keys without a second thought, and that peace of mind really matters when you’re about to travel.

The location itself feels secure and well-managed, which ticks one of the biggest boxes for airport parking. You don’t want to spend your holiday wondering about your car, and here, that worry simply doesn’t exist.
What really stands out, though, is the value for money. It’s rare to find a service that balances affordability with quality this well. You’re not cutting corners, you’re just getting a genuinely good deal.

All in all, Gatwick Park and Fly lives up to its name. Simple, reliable, and absolutely fabulous.

I had an outstanding experience. As soon as I parked my car, their shuttle was ready to take me to the airport. When I realized I had forgotten to lock my car, they kindly drove me back around to retrieve my keys and ensured everything was secure. The parking is also secure. The driver also gave me clear directions to the terminal. When I called them for my return, they provided precise instructions on where to wait, and they arrived promptly to pick me up. My car was exactly where I had left it. The service was excellent, the staff was friendly, calm, and incredibly helpful. I am thoroughly impressed

Amazing experience for our family of 5 (2 adults, 11 year old, 9 year old and 5 year old - perfect car seat provided in the transfer vehicle). Clear communication by email and phone from start to finish. Friendly and professional welcome including a phone call en route to say some treeworks were happening by the entrance to the VERY secure parking site. Super efficient and convenient drop-off in the afternoon and collection in the early hours of the morning. A seamless beginning and end to our holiday. Thank you so much. Will recommend to everyone and anyone who asks.

Fabulous service in future I will not consider anywhere else to park when using Gatwick Airport
From first contact by email to our arrival for our flight and then the pick up on our return these people are excellent.

Absolutely brilliant service.

No faults whatsoever. Made the booking, arrival and transfers to & from the airport extremely easy, even with the return flight being at 2am in the morning!

Never used this company before but im so pleased i found them, will definitely use again and will recommend to others, the booking service was easy, price was great, so said a time we would be there, arrived at the gate, we were told a gent will show us where to go, he parked us up, we nipped to the toilet first lol, then lovely man got our baggage in boot, drove us straight to terminal which was fabulous, no waiting for anyone, he asked if we had ever used them which was no, so he explained what to do when returning, unfortunately our flight was delayed by an hour so I WhatsApp the number but was unsure if they would pick message up, but they did, called number after picking up luggage, went over to pickup point waited about 10 mins and we were taken back to our car, absolutely fantastic, car was sercure and was so happy with the service 10/10 guys

Exceptional Service! On the morning of your flight, I received two calls (which I missed) followed by an email to tell me that the M23 was closed - this was a huge help to make sure I arrived on time for parking and our flight. When we arrived it was raining and the transport van was parked right next to where we parked which made transferring luggage super convenient. They had a clean car seat ready for my 5 month old son. The drive was really easy - only 10 mins and right next to the airport entrance! The car park is very secure with multiple locked gates and was easy to find. On our return, once we picked up our luggage, I called and by the time we got to the pick up location, the van pulled up to get us! The staff were really friendly and so responsive on emails! Would highly recommend and will definitely use them again! Thank you so much for making our trip so easy!

Very welcoming, directions easy to follow, drop off and pick up was stress free and easy! Lots of instructions to meet back and great communication will be using all the time now!

We've been using Gatwick Park and Fly for a few years now and wouldn't park anywhere else. Easy and quick to get a quote, book, and in a trusted secure location, with friendly (& comfortable) door-to-door drop off, no matter what the time. Just call when you pick up your luggage and no waiting around for collection. Our recent flight delay was reassuringly handled too, which reduced my anxiety. 💯 recommend.

Handled our 5am drop off with fast friendly service followed by a quick afternoon pick up straight to our car. Made our holiday travel (with a 3yr old) smooth and easy. Great team, great facility, and great experience all round.

Brilliant service, very friendly team and would 100% use again.

Excellent service - we used it because it ended up being cheaper than a cab, and we had a great experience. Had a super early flight but the team were there to greet us when we arrived, and the shuttles to the airport complete with the appropriate child seats were prompt and never left us waiting. Will defo use it again!

Booked last minute in height of summer holidays very reasonable price and super efficient service, I was the only one in the transfer to and from the airport, took v short amount of time from parking to being in the terminal and again on way back. Would highly recommend
