I was unsure if my Toyota Truck would be allowed on site or I would be charged for an oversized vehicle. I emailed the reservations team and received a reply with 30 minutes from Georgiana who confirmed clearly that they excepted Trucks at Cophall without additional charges. After emailing her again she also advised on best way of booking and the current rates. Nice to have someone who came back and was really helpful - great service. Thank you

We always use Cophill park and ride when we travel from Gatwick it's very quick to check in buses to the airport run every 15 mins and we have never had to wait long for a return bus from the airport also the bus is free

Used your company in September, had two in group who needed assistance getting cases onto bus but no help given by driver.
Better when mini vans ,as driver used to help on and off.
Might as well go to purple parking.
