Whilst booking my long stay parking was relatively easy I can offer 5 *. However, If I was reviewing the costs I would put 2* due to the high cost of parking.

Simple in and out, no bother. Decent bus service to and from airport terminal. Make sure you remember where you parked...its a big car park.

I can only comment on the price, which is really good. Parking looks close to the terminal, so will see how we get on when we go on holiday!

Easy to find - very close to Gatwick terminal - friendly team and plenty of frequent shuttles to and from the terminal. Good value if you book in advance.

Always works great when we travel. Long stay car parking easy, just park catch the shuttle which is very frequent no waiting around. Happy with service.
