This is my first time leasing a car and I have found contract cars to be a great company. When I first contacted the company I dealt with Jack. He was very helpful and explained everything to me making me feel happy with my decision . I was then assigned an accounts manager Jodie Doyle, who has been excellent communicating with myself throughout the process and extremely helpful when organising delivery of my car. From my initial interest, it only took two weeks to take delivery of my brand-new car. Everything has been straightforward and dealt with very quickly. I would definitely use contract cars again.

My Account Manager, Faye Hunn, explained every stage of the process clearly, kept me updated throughout, and responded to any queries promptly and comprehensively. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and I always felt fully informed.

I would also like to give special recognition to James Glossop, who dealt with my initial enquiry. James was an absolute star. I had quite specific requirements for the vehicle I wanted, and he went above and beyond to help secure the right car. He dealt patiently with my numerous questions, was clearly very knowledgeable, and made the whole process straightforward and stress-free.

What particularly impressed me was James's honesty and transparency regarding the availability of the vehicle I was looking for. I had been in contact with another leasing company beforehand and felt they were more interested in securing the arrangement fee than providing accurate advice. In contrast, Contract Cars were open, honest and focused on helping me find the best deal and the right vehicle for my needs.

The level of professionalism, helpfulness and customer service I received was exceptional. I would have no hesitation in recommending Contract Cars and will certainly use them again in the future.
