Just don’t waste your time . That’s the strangest customer experience I had in a while. At first Conrad sent me a wrong and less value item, when I asked to return it and get the one I ordered, they were rude and reluctant. Finally I managed to send the item back now they are telling they will review it and decide if they would send me my correct order . What it suppose to mean? Seems as they either unaware of the legislations safeguarding consumer experience, or just simply a sort of a fraudulent organization . Either way I have no goods , no one returned me my money and my saw still has bo railings . Nice 😊

Conrad has higher prices than others compared vendors in the Nordic markets. Together with their choice of delivering partner (UPS) this is not a good combination. My order was constantly delayed due to weather in Germany by UPS, and when the small package, ca 100 grams, arrived at Arlanda hub for UPS, two weeks later, the Arlanda hub-team of drivers (with non-skiing background) waited another week for the roads to be suited for them (while five million Swedish drivers didnt bother at all) , My project have been stalled for around three weeks thanks for Conrad's choice of transportation. High prices and lousy transport!
I could not buy anything, it showed that payment is declined. Contact is possible only through e-mail and its not helping at all.

I sent my bankgiro to the sales and client services, but no reply and no refund! for an item that i was forced to pay before delivery, and then they did not deliver.
The only way that makes them reply is trustpilot.
They should probably cancel their email systems, they do not need it.
21 days and still waiting..
The delivery was quite bad, awfull. Was supposed to deliver at home but left in a agent to pickup. Got even text about how to enter the house but I had to go long way to pick it up. I'm still angry.

Packet came later, than it should. The quality of the phone I bought was not as described. The batterie is already since day 1 way weaker, than it was written and the quality is not fit for that price. Especially considering it is supposed to be an outdoorphone. The cover is very cheap and slippery plastic and the screen had already scratches in after 1h our wearing it in my clean pockets. The reception is much worse than other phones in this price range I have seen. I doubt the values in the description of Conrad.

Order placed 25 Marchh, 2024, and, unfortunately paid. Confirmation received. No information on shipment whatsoever thus far - April 18, 2024. Customer service impossible to reach. Advise strongly not to use this company.

Eventually they sent a replacement battery. The box was again too big for the battery, but this time had no packing material at all. Somehow though the battery was intact.
Almost a month with no working UPS for my work computer.

The fault was most likely not on Conrad but on Proxxon. Damaged equipment but without damage on the enclusure indicated factory fault.

My computer charger died and found it on Conrad.se it was more expensive than other sellers but I live in Malmö and they had faster shipping so I chose Conrad anyway. The item has yet not been shipped and the costumer service have not answered my emails.
So now I can’t work and have to order a new one from someone else because they won’t answer or update my order.
I would stay away from Conrad. Sad really, they use to be good

Some of the products they sell is of a very poor quality.
I've bought soldering station "Löd/Avlödningsstation digital 360 W TOOLCRAFT 50" and it's very noisy and also shows an incorrect temperature of the soldering tip. And it's worth to mention that TOOLCRAFT is a brand under which they sell their "own" electronics, so if they don't care about quality of their own products what can be told about their overall approach to the quality

Overall Service from Conrad was very good and fast. Only one major problem, the only delivery choice was UPS. The UPS Service is unacceptable bad, paid UPS express, Conrad shipped immediately. UPS did not deliver to my home and instead "delivered" to a pickup location 25km away. This is a recurring UPS problem. I would use Conrad more often if they would work with a better shipping provider.
