Dangerous and illegal shipment of fire extinguisher
We just received this Gloria 5 kg CO2 fire extinguisher from Conrad Electronic. The head/valve of the fire extinguisher was unprotected in its package, and the package had been improperly marked. In Europe pressurized gas must be “LQ” marked (LIMITED QUANTITY of dangerous goods).
Due to the unprotected valve, the security pin was bent and ripped off, the valve handle was also bent and had been depressed (see photos). All the CO2 had been emptied out. This is dangerous and can cause suffocation of personnel in confirmed spaces such as a small transportation vehicle.

I order from this scamming website…
I order from this scamming website before two months and still my order not coming.
When i try to contact customer services (7times for 3 weeks), nobody answering me or contacting me.
I want to cancelled the order and get money back, but impossible.

Not possible to specify a package-shop…
Not possible to specify a package-shop as ship-to address.
I knew I was not able to be home at the time of delivery, but had not other options than specifying my home-address. Package was sent with GLS and they very well support and have package-shops all over the country.
Update:
I now got the package and the ordered gas-burner seems to have been used. What about the expensive gas-container, has that also been used and now has less content? It's bad I cannot trust this!
And everything was flying around in the cardboard box, too little shipment-filling in the box!
And last I cannot renew my password on my account...the mail is newer sent (not in spamfolder).
Two stars it is.
UPDATE2:
Decided to return. The return process is very smooth and they even give you a return-label right away for download. I increase my review with a star.

Fast and reasonably priced
Conrad Elektronik delivered the ordered item fairly fast. The item did have a small fault in one part, but this was not a problem for our application.

Awful support who doesn't care what your problem actually is
I had ordered something a few weeks ago. It was understandably delayed, but this meant they would potentially try to deliver while I was on vacation. When I contacted support to ask if there was any way to mitigate this problem they failed to understand my question and instead made unprompted changes to my order. Now half would be delivered before the vacation, but the rest would STILL be delivered when I knew I wouldn't be able to receive it.
I pointed this out to the support, but they ignored my email until I later followed up and said I just wanted to cancel my order instead. At that point they promptly replied and said it was too late to cancel because they had already shipped half the order, which I never asked them to do.
The whole experience screams that the support doesn't care what your problem is and just makes unprompted changes hoping you'll go away. It honestly didn't feel like they even tried to read my question before just doing whatever.
I'm sure Conrad is a fine shop, but good luck if you ever need to contact the support.

From what I have read and understood is that one of the articles in your order was delayed, due to this the entire order was delayed. The customer service agent must have thought that the best solution was to cancel the article that was delayed and send the rest as soon as possible. This is a very common solution to many of our customers, since not everyone wants to cancel the entire order or wait weeks for 1 item.
We apologize that we didn't understand your needs, and put you in a position that lead to your frustration. This is a misunderstanding and we can all sometimes make mistakes.
