Order cancelled without notification
I placed an order on 5th November and received an acknowledgment. Two days ago I emailed Conrad asking whether the order has been dispatched. I have not received a reply. Today I checked out my order in my Conrad account and see that it was cancelled without any notification. My husband has made some orders with Conrad and apparently everything was fine. This is the first time I ordered but it will be the last.
