China Post-tracking 

The absolute worst shipping company on earth. One thing dhgates, china post shipping, and jiao08 a seller on dhgates. Have in common. They all are the most unethical, dishonest, dishonorable ,heartless scam racket companies on earth. I only pray at the very least. They will donate some of the millions of stolen money to some very needy children in China. I can live with knowing some of my money helped someone in need. Rather than people with greed.

This place is part of a gigantic scam by Chinese e-commerce sites. Literally 100% of the tracking info you see is totally fabricated and completely fake. It's all a scam and these sellers use this site to post fake tracking info in order to keep you thinking that your order is on the way when it actually is not coming at all! DO NOT trust a seller that uses these clowns to track your stuff. You have been warned.

Can’t understand it. I often buy things from Asia and China post albeit slow at times usually delivers. But this time it’s different, I ordered some items back in March. Tracking stopped in Belarus in April. For luck I had used PayPal so they refunded me, but here’s where it gets weird. After the refund was issued suddenly the tracking started again saying my item was in my country and with our postal operator and then it was out for delivery and delivered all on the same day I was refunded. I can assure you it was not delivered and that’s why I’m writing this. I got my refund so I’m happy enough but they seem to be updating tracking information falsely, perhaps to make them look more successful than they actually are. I will only buy via PayPal from now on. It’s some protection at least.

I ordered an iPhone case using PayPal on April 26 2021. Last update from China Post was May 2. Nothing since then. I am going to dispute this purchase.

I ordered a pair of shoes over a month ago and they have not come. All the updates I get give no actual information, location, or estimate. DO NOT USE China Post-Tracking or any website that uses it. Definitely apart of a scam.

If i have a chance, i would have given this no stars because i ordered a red sleeveless hoodie on 6th March 2021 earlier this year and up till now, it still haven't arrived. I can't believe China Post is rlly this bad. When i see that there's 88% negative feedbacks, i shld help increase the percentage by a slight bit due to the fact that they rlly didn't do their job well. Shoppers beware of the manufacturers selling the stuff that u want, you'll never know if it comes from a source that you can't trust anymore like CHINA POST, ARAMEX, ROYAL MAIL and the list goes on. Think twice before buying from these.

Scam. Combination of Setmarke, Amazon and China Post are a toxic mix. Amazon should know better and have nothing to do with anybody who posts by China Post.

Facebook ad for mask brackets guaranteed delivery in a week promising that Australian orders would be mailed FROM Australia. Not so!! 3 months later updates show Flight departure from China, 6 weeks after flight departure...no further updates. What? Not trusting facebook ads anymore, as most of the comments in those ads appear fake..Scam..

How do I get my money back? I’m not waiting months or weeks to get a flea collar when I need it now..

What ever you do...Do not place an order if the delivery will arrive by CHINA POST, because you will never get it. We ordered a desk via the Amazon, for delivery by China post. It took 30 days just for them to post on their tracking site that it was delivered, when the item had not been delivered at all. What a scam! JUST DONT DO IT. China post is TERRIBLE!!!

I would give zero stars if possible it’s an absolute scam!! I have been waiting two months for my sons school desk an it said delivered and never was. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

I ordered a circuit heat press from VERBSTORE which doesn’t exist anywhere in August. Went on my paypal account put in the tracking number in China Post and it said it arrived on 9/1/20 no way did I get the package I put the same tracking number in the USPS and it said label was created and they are waiting for the package PAYPAL says I have to get an INTRASTATE form from The USPS stating that the package wasn’t delivered. I have to prove to PAYPAL that I didn’t get the package via CHINA POST. I sent them the information and they still want this form I filled out a form on the USPS to track the package if there was one
I filed with my credit card company and they are looking into this problem CHINA POST is a scam

Its been over a month waiting on this package. Says its with airline cleared for international departure but that was a week ago. I understand COVID and all but I have ordered other things from china after this package and they arrived already so no excuse. Judging by the reviews and the retail company I ordered the package from I strongly believe this company is a scam in league with other Chinese retail websites.

I can’t believe how bad it is. After 6 months of waiting. Tracking system showed my shipment arrived to my country, then after 2 weeks it went back to China. Then when I try to register and post to platform it doesn’t send me verification email. Hot line for English speaks Chinese only. What is the solution????!!!

I wish I could give -10 stars. Paid an enourmous amount of shippingcost to have it sooner. 3 weeks already. Tracking is non existent !. It is up in the air for almost 3 weeks already. Never again will I pay this company to ship anything. Never ever had such a disappointingly bad experience with shipping from china. Really really.... :-{

Three items purchased online and promised to be from the UK have not ever been received. I have no idea what involvement China Post has or how exactly they may be implicated but it seems to me that I will be one of so many who is being scammed by agents from China. I would ask China Post to investigate.

I ordered via paypal April 2020. I didn't recieve a valid tracking number until today despite my dispute being placed.
They have now sent a tracking saying the item was delived to someone completely random and paypal have ruled in their favour.

Parcels travel randomly by train or by air. It is not reliable, I have many parcels stuck in Vilnius with the tracking not updated for a very long time

I am waiting for packages purchased on Facebook using PayPal a couple of weeks ago. From initial investigation I understood that this was a scam and that I will never see my items. I reported it to PayPal and the sellers have sent tracking details and asked me to wait approx 30 days before it arrives. PayPal is investigating. Item still stuck in China. I will post name of director of limited company here later but he resides in China and has company in UK. From posts I've read on trustpilot I am 100% convinced that I will never see the items purchased. I will share these posts with PayPal. If PayPal doesn't protect me I will close the account.
