Brought this scooter for my sons birthday, it cost £320, he used it once, the noise comingvfrom the back wheel is unbelievable, l contacted them and they keep sending me videos and links how to fix this, they won't give me a contact number direct, they said emails only. These people are complete scammers, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!!! BIG MISTAKE IF YOU DO!!!!

THEY HAVE NO FOLLOW-UP CARE EVEN THOUGH THEY OFFER ONE YEAR GUARANTEE. PURCHASED MY SCOOTER IN JANUARY 2025 - DEAD BY JUNE.

SO FAR, THEY HAVE ASKED ME TO TRY TO CHARGE IT IN A DIFFERENT SOCKET (AS IF WE WOULDN'T TRY THAT), TO EXAMINE INSIDE THE BATTERY PACK (IM NO ELECTRICIAN AND NOT PARTICULARLY HAPPY TO TO THIS BUT I DID IT ANYWAY) TO LOOK FOR WATER INGRESS, AND TO TAKE PICTURES AND A VIDEO OF THE SUMP TO SEND TO THEM. THIS HAS TAKEN TWO MONTHS OF COMMUNICATION SO FAR AND IS STILL ONGOING.

I purchased a scooter for my son for xmas on Sunday my son said he had changed his mind and didn't want the scooter anymore I went straight onto website to request a refund had a reply on the Monday saying send pictures etc so labels can be sorted it is now Friday and still no further on I had a very rude e.mail from a lady called Vivian saying we will offer me £5.00 refund and suggested I gift the scooter to a family member how rude is that definitely really bad after care service even though on their website it says straight forward procedure customers are their priority what a load of rubbish had an e.mail today offering me 7.00 refund definitely do not purchase anything from this company definitely a scam

A realy horrible experience! First they booked the amount twice from my credit card, then the scooter was dead on arrival! Although I told them I had to buy another scooter meanwhile instead because it was supposed to be a present and I want the details to send the scooter back, they ignored me completely. This company is a joke! Stay away! Honestly

I am really disappointed with the aftercare for this company. Bought two scooters a few months ago one of them works fine the other one has just stopped working. Initially they were fast with responses they asked us to send videos showing the condition of the scooter. Now that we have done that and it is clear that the scooter is faulty they have stopped responding so I am unsure what I need to do to get it fixed or exchanged. There is no option to speak to an actual person either which is annoying and what's worse my Stepson is without his scooter and keeps asking when it will be fixed. I would of expected so much better for the money that we paid.

Poor product, many lies,impossible to deal with. Tells you it has to be sent back to China and makes impossible to send back. Worst company I've ever dealt with

Incompetent, unhelpful customer service assistant. Refuse to provide proof of delivery, refuse to refund even though order cancelled. Do not buy anything from this company they are awful to deal with, you will never receive your item or get your money back. save yourself the dissapointment.

Another email to Scoot worst service I've ever recieved still not resolved they don't work with our sales of goods act laws. I cancelled this order within a few hours of making it. Avoid Avoid Avoid. I wish I had read Trust Pilot before I purchased it.

I am not opening the box. You shipped it without giving me time to change my mind and said I must receive the product before I can return it. You never mentioned costs for returns and I recieved the item immediately meaning you have a UK warehouse. I don't trust that if I use this product and have problems that I will receive any level of customer service. I have no trust in you as a company following your behaviour towards my order delivery and return. I have asked you send me a paid postage return label and as I have not opened or used the item I will not be opening it as I have a feeling you will blame my packaging and say I will not be refunded. I think you run what is a business that makes money on misleading and cheating. customers. Reading your reviews I'm not only one. Trust Pilot have state you asked customers to take their reviews down. Very dodgy. So how can I trust your product and its safety after all this.

I request again please send me a paid for label to be sent to your UK warehouse
