I ordered two dresses, what were NOT what was promised they looked so bad. Then I contacted them and they were trying to give me discount codes even though they promised money back on the website. After a lot of emails back and forth with them they just started ignoring my emails. 70€ gone just like that. Such a disappointment!!

The item: awful quality.The return steps (at the client's cost) is explained on their website, without any mention the warehouse is in China! However the item received is from Nederland but they don't allow me to send it back in Nederland.
They propose me 10% reimbursement (as no one will send it in China to"reduce returns due to the environmental impact" (LOL-LOL-).
Despite all negative reviews I received pretty good phonecovers. Looked a bit different than in the website but very happy with them. Good value for money. Very recommendable.
L'empire is a scum!! The send the wrong size and they don't offer any refund. I should send the goods myself directly in China
Product arrived far too late and did NOT Match the description. Very cheap chinese rubbish product. €35 down the drain. Do not buy at l'empire. You have been warned.
Scammers, said order now shipped tomorrow, 3 weeks later i haven’t received anything . Long story short do not order from them.
lempire.nl is an online scam. Legal action should be initiated against them. They sell probably all fakes via website in Dutch with .nl extension, making you believe that you are buying from Nederland, but they ship goods from China. I ordered three jeans in XL size and what they delivered me was S or M size but with XL label. When I reported that, they asked me to take 10% refund and keep jeans or return Jeans to some address in China, where shipment will cost much more than cost of Jeans and 10% refund is only issued when returned goods arrive in China. Total scam, please avoid.
