China Post-tracking 

China Post do not even merit one star, gave me a tracking number and parcel was still in transit after 21 days and then supposedly it has been successfully delivered to me !!!! I am now £44 out of pocket. Ive sent numerous Emails to Clarks shoes in China but no response. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY who Im sure do not exist and is a scam. I will not get in touch with Clarks Head Office to advise

China post is allowing low life scammers to use their name! How pitiful! I work hard for my money! Those people need to do the same!! Shaking my head!!!! SHAME ON YOU!!!

I ordered a puzzle from Amazon and didn't know it was coming from China. After waiting three weeks, I checked the Amazon website and see that it was supposedly delivered on April 4, 2022 at 2:32 p.m. The site says "delivered to customer" but I was not even home at that time. The tracking site also says an "attempted delivery" was made at 6:10 a.m. Why would anyone attempt a delivery at 6:10 a.m. Also, Amazon doesn't "attempt" deliveries. They just leave the package at the door.

I have Ring.com at my front door that records any movement near the door. There were no deliveries or attempted deliveries on April 4, 2022. I never received my order.

China Post appears to be a complete scam and I can't believe Amazon allows any company that uses them to sell items on the Amaxon website. I'm still waiting to see how Amazon resolves this fraud.

Wow do I feel stupid. Bought off Facebook under a Walmart banner. When PayPal confirmation came through it was for a Chinese company in Chinese characters. I don't even know what the company is. China Post said it was delivered today at noon. No show. Scam, I guess the next step is to contact the credit card company. Very disappointing.AQ848195634CN

My mom seen an ad on Snapchat, using IKEA as the advertisement. She seen a 5 piece outside furniture set. On Clearance for 89.00$. Everything looked legit. She ordered. It said PayPal would take her card. Ordered Jan 14,2022. Email came Jan,17. Gave some Chinese name( very long) china post tracking # and it said shipped. She thought nothing of it. Now March 7th. I told her let me look at the tracking at track it. Since it was taking so long. Go figure, it was a SCAM!! Too cheap and Too good to be true. It said Delivered Jan 25,22. To whom? Not us. It’s just going in circles. Now we have to get the money back from her CC. That MFer gets to keep the $$$ any continue Scamming. Since she found the AD on Snapchat it is now GONE! If anyone else ordered that way. Please leave a review. I am so so MAD.

Never received my package. I purchased item in November. No update after 2 weeks. Total disappointment.

Tracking indicates my package was delivered to California despite the fact I live in Florida. I have sent several messages to no avail. China post is just a fraud just as well as the vendor I ordered from.

Beware! My cautionary tale starts with a purchase online of a backpack for $79 Dec. 10, 2021. I receive an e-mail from the selling company with the order# and tracking # and link to "17 Track." I follow it as it slowly makes its way from China. Every other week is some new notation which means nothing to anyone not familiar with the Chinese Post...ie "United States, customs declaration, please consult 【United States】 for details." (Of course-US customs shows NOTHING. "In the United States, mail is in transit within the country." OR...."The United States, has been properly invested." The last notice shows that "Its been delivered." NOTHING HAS SHOW UP NOR ANY DOOR TAGS TO INDICATE AN ATTEMPT TO DELIVER! The Chinese Post tracking website shows "Delivered 01/16/2022. That is a SUNDAY! USPS doesn't deliver normal mail on Sundays, AND MLK Day was the next day/National Holiday with NO MAIL! I even went to my local post office with the tracking number and they just scratched their heads and shrugged. 48 days later and still nothing! Radio silence from the seller (of course) when I sent several e-mails asking for assistance. AND when I try to log onto the Chinese Post website for assistance, there is a verification process that is dysfunctional! You are supposed to move a missing jigsaw puzzle in a picture into place - but it never sticks! Then you get an indication that verification failed! So the only recourse was to go back through PayPal and hope for resolution! If the deal looks TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE...IT IS!!!!!!!

The latest, hottest scam is a litany of pop up ads of websites that are brand new. Items normally costing well over $1000 are miraculously being sold for 30, 40, 50 bucks! You order them and things are processed like a real company. The issue is not with China Post, which is the same as USPS for China. The issue is with the fake tracking sites they use to string you along. Track718, Trackmore, and likely dozens of others. When you contact them, you are getting the scammers who are just trying to string this along and prevent you from trying to cancel your order via Paypal or your CC company. It seems very legit as the tracking details are plentiful and seemingly realistic, but, the package will be reported as delivered after a couple weeks passes from the day you order and you will be left trying to contact someone at China Post to fix the issue and China Post knows nothing because the package was never sent in the first place.

I ordered a pair of skecher shoes from a site which looked genuine, the tracking number was from china and posted from china post, checked the tracking number was delivered boxing day a public holiday no deliveries that day nobody works. I contacted the seller by email several times no response. I did not receive the package and checked out this site online and it is not real and a scam, got in touch with paypal and got the money back,

Bought an item which was advertised on facebook on the 7th November. Give tracking number, details showing on the 3rd of December it was in the Uk ready to be delivered and arrived from the USA Chased and chased with no return contact made. Complained to paypal who then told me the parcel was in China !!! They gave me a new tracking number and in the end the parcel arrived on the 12th of January. The item I ordered was not the same as I had paid for. I have now given up ,too fed up to take this further. What annoys me is that Paypayl and facebook both know this is a total con and do nothing at all about it . Last item I buy through facebook

Fake company fake tracking , life time waiting for delivery and you will never get it

I ordered from China post on the 22nd it is now the 29th I live in the United States Michigan and they delivered my package to Australia they are the worst individuals in the world they couldn’t get any stupider

Bad company ordered and paid through PayPal thanks PayPal refunded my money thank god. China Post keeps sending me fake tracking numbers BEWARE THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD.

This is a scam I ordered a $35.00 book shelf and got a surgical mask, two months later. Don't order from this place. They are not legit.

They lost my package and told me there was nothing they could do. The worst service imaginable please do not ever use them and get scammed.

STAY AWAY FROM ANY COMPANY USING CHINA POST SHIPPPING!! IT'S BOGUS!!! I thought I ordered from a legitimate company, should have known better due to the price point. They say it was delivered over a month ago, and I have contacted them 4 times regarding my undelivered package! They provide a city only, for where it is claimed to have been delivered, which isno where near the address I provided!! China Post says I have to contact the seller, and the seller says I have to contact the shipper. Last response from both is I will have to contact my bank for a refund. NOTHING BUT A CRIMINAL ENTERPRISE!!!

It’s one lie after another with China Post
I’m so sick and tired of being lied to by the Chinese shippers they must think were the stupidest people on earth and we subsidize that with our taxpayer money

Very disappointed that I fell for this scam. I was so excited to get a gift for my grand babies. The fact that it could be fake never crossed my mind. So beware of Soarread.com and China Post! You never get your package and no refunds!
