Alisha was great, no completion no pay saved me a lot in fees as a first time home buyer, maybe could have been a bit quicker

Absolutely horrendous! Used to buy a property and the solicitor was unresponsive continuously. Luckily we had a financial advisor who could escalate our case repeatedly. It took her over 2wks to review one piece of paper and this was on more than one occasion. We almost lost the property as the vendors were fed up with no response to their solicitor from ours also. The mortgage had to be extended as it took us past the expiration date for the mortgage in principle. It wasn’t a difficult buy, no occupants, no chain.
We finally got to near completion to find out from the estate agent that our solicitor had left the firm (2wks previous) and that they “would get round to letting the clients know eventually”!!!!!!
The solicitor that took over the case for the last few days was brilliant, wish it was her from the beginning.

Tom was very calm and methodical. He listened carefully to what we wanted and we felt listened to. At no point did we feel rushed and bearing in mind we were asking Tom to prepare our Wills and LPAs, this was important and appreciated.

I would strongly advise people to look ELSEWHERE regarding their legal matters.
Chadwick Lawrence made an unforgiveable error in the handling of my late father's will and simply cannot be trusted. The investigation has been escalated as the firm's response in this matter was nothing short of dismissive and scandalous. Without going into too much detail, they actually got the beneficiaries INCORRECT in the will and i have proof. Do NOT trust this company with ANY of your legal affairs.
