Poor follow up to re clean a sofa.

We have used Castelan 2 times for sofa cleans. The first was perfect and no complaints but the second time they didn’t clean it probably and left staining in place. I reported that it required cleaning again on the 9th of January but heard nothing back for over 2 months… as we got tired of waiting we had to use our furniture care kit to clean it.

Due to the amount we have to pay for our furniture warranty it’s not good enough having to wait over 2 months for a reply.

Assembly Of Storage Stool

Very Prompt Service from Castelan, The technician telephoned the day before to confirm the appointment visit and gave a three hour time frame, which I thought was excellent customer service. On the day the Technician arrived was pleasant and was well within the times given. The Storage Stool was assembled with care and the item placed where I wanted it putting. A very positive first experience dealing with Castelan. Thank you.

Prompt service

The company acted promptly when I contacted them. They were very professional from the lady who took my call, I was given an appointment date 7 working days later, and he even arrived 10 minutes before the time slot.
A satisfactory result.
