The order I made was a spare of the moment thought to make my fiancé smile. These flowers were ordered after I finished work at 01:30hrs and paid for same day delivery.
All of the ordering process was so very easy and the pictures shown are just about exact to what is received - there was no disappointment at all.
I had to ring the customer services to find out when they would be delivered (as my fiancé decided to go out... Helpful, I know!), however, the staff were very professional and a pleasure to speak to, gave me the answers I needed and then the delivery came, as promised.
The presentation was fantastic and my fiancé could not have been happier.
