A nasty little man arrived to inspect…

A nasty little man arrived to inspect my sagging mattress..his mind was made up before he saw it
I know the mattress wasn’t right as my back suffered..I had the impression from the start his interest was with the manufacturer I intend to get my own impartial inspection…
I’ve been asked to elaborate
The nasty little man inspector tested the mattress with a tape measure..I told him to lie on the mattress, in less than five minutes the mattress will sag and engulf
your body and lumps and bumps appear either side of your body awful for back issues
I left him with his
tape measure?????
On leaving I asked his opinion 60/40 in the manufacturers favour he replied …
This makes the mattress 40% not fit for purpose…just like the nasty little man inspectors report..

Robbers

How do you stop these car robbers from continuing to hassle
not to buy but steal ..they should be banned

Chase Bank the Lying Bank

Chase Bank the Lying Bank
I received an email showing a picture of a parcel that looked like
my post room asking for £1.85 I paid
Chase flagged up £2k+
I immediately telephoned Chase to say don’t pay it’s a scam Chase paid
Six months later and many many pathetic messages..Chase the lying bank says they gave me the option by text pay or not pay
BLATANT LIE
The case is with the ombudsman

Chase the Lying Bank

If I could give a minus star to an unhelpful useless lying bank ..
I responded to an email asking me to pay £1.85
postage to have a parcel delivered..on paying I received an immediate message from Chase saying I’ve just paid over £2k+ I immediately telephoned Chase to say the payment was a scam and not to pay..two months later and a zillion pointless messages from Chase
their lying response was I was asked whether to pay the amount yes or no. this is a blatant lie
I’ve continued to ask see/hear their recorded evidence … no reply
“Chase the Lying Bank”
Not fit for purpose bank
My case is now with the
Ombudsman

Before considering a serious watch read the one star reviews they are really the worst high end product sellers “buyers beware “

The Canary Wharf branch now gone had professional experienced staff and a very serious inventory…
Twice going to Blue Water..Moronic staff and poor inventory…
I went to pickup a £25k
Rolex to find two links
short..I asked the sales
moron have you got any spare links NO instead of I’ll take two links out of another watch ( I expected to pay)
I’m sure the company could source links to replace the ones taken out.
This idiotic company allowed me to walk out
and couldn’t care less they just lost a £25k sale …Pathetic

The best review I read thats 100% correct is there should be a 000- mark for this disgraceful company with their 0000- Customer Service

I purchased four electric blinds after six weeks before the guarantee ran out one of the motors was running
slow, I called the company who sent out an engineer,
The engineer said a new motor was needed and he would get the motor and return, he never returned..
After a period of time I telephoned customers service
to explain my situation, I had the distinct impression she was working from home as long pauses we’re
happening after each of my very simple questions,,
I got tired of this persons inability to grasp what I was
talking about, I ask to speak to a supervisor..
I was telephoned back by a woman saying she was the
manager of customer service.
I explained the situation again and was told the motor was out of guarantee, It wasn’t my fault the engineer never returned before the guarantee expired.
This horrible woman was argumentative bordering rude
at no time offered any solution.
I ask can I purchase another motor as the blind was stuck in the up position to be told no as we no longer use that company..
Again I tried to get a solution..her attitude was you’ve got to get another blind with another remote control
so I’d have two remotes in the same room..
I realised I was getting nowhere with this unhelpful
not fit for purpose woman...
There are numerous electric blind companies in the market avoid this one....

I have reviewed the information on your account and can see that an advisor visited you in 2022 in relation to the motor.

You then contacted us recently to advise that the previous issue was not resolved and regretfully at this time your order is not covered by the warranty. Had you have contacted in 2022/23 we would have happily looked into it for you.

Poor after sale service

I won a watch described as working.. it arrived very well packed on opening the watch it worked for one minute and the chrono 45 seconds.I returned the watch and spoke to someone not to helpful to be told the watch would go to the watchmaker five days later I telephoned to be told next week.. it takes a watch repair man half a day to open the back and look then take a view.. I now want my money refunded the watch was not fit for purpose..I purchased on your description as functioning movement..

Thank you for your review, we apologise for the issues that you are experiencing. The watch was sold as a working watch as it is currently functioning however it does stop and start after so long, due to time constraints we are unable to check timekeeping for extended amounts of time and were unable to foresee the issue with the movement. It has since been sent to a trusted authorised watchmaker and is due to be returned to us soon. Unfortunately your watch was not the only repair that has been sent to the watchmaker and they are working as quickly as possible to resolve this. Thank you for your patience and we will be in touch at the earliest opportunity.

I purchased the Breitling Flying B Rose…

I purchased the Breitling Flying B Rose Gold.. £18k with tax everything perfect..Except the watch doesn’t work..I’m sure it’s not a serious issue and I’m not intending to return the watch.... however the watch is with the repair
