You sent me. Quote and I missed the renewal by a day. When I rang up exactly the same request had gone up £100 in a day?? I complained and it was reduced by £50 but I still feel this is no way to treat customers. The guy that dealt with me was spot on and really helpful though.

Very bad experience
Very bad experience. Received confirmation of car insurance and tried to log into my account. No joy! Kept showing me old policy for car that ended in August 2025 therefore, can't fill in form for agreed valuation or get certificate of insurance.

Friendly & efficient service!!
I needed to ring & speak to direct to speak to someone as I needed to make an adjustment to my policy.

Scum insurance company denied my claim…
Scum insurance company denied my claim on a technicality . My bike was stolen and torched while I was trying to organise my mums funeral . Heartless bastards with no empathy . Used them many times over the last 30 years never again .

All good. The gentleman who I called managed to sort out the subtle nuances of an older motorcycle and get the insurance I wanted. And yes I actually got to talk to someone instead of an online tick-box exercise that could not compute my requirements.

VERY STRESSFUL EXPERIENCE
Took me 3 days to get sorted. Promised to call me back over 6 times but never did! wrong information provided. changed policy schedules without consultation. Did not listen to me...or seemed to have problems with the English language! Gave conflicting quotations, one being 10,500 Pounds! VERY STRESSFUL EXPERIENCE.
