Charging to amend policy not great
Every thing is ok but only problem with insurance is charges to remove 1 bike and replace it with another other companies do not charge for this service.

I insured a porsche boxter with Carole…
I insured a porsche boxter with Carole Nash last year, and recently an mercedes SL.
They gave me a very competitive quote of £139.
This year they have offered to autorenew my insurance and sent me a document with every piece of information (with the exception of the renewal price). I'm a little disappointed in them (as in all other respects they have been very good). I don't doubt that if I autorenew they will bump the premium up be at least £50.
Just like the AA do.
Come on Carole Nash. Please respond, and I might amend this review!!

I have looked on the Carole Nash website and can only find details for my 300sl not the boxter!!

The representative i spoke with managed to get my premium reduced by managing my mileage and bike values.
He was very relaxed and professional and a pleasure to talk to.
The auto service before I spoke to a real person was rubbish to be honest. I had to repeat everything and it wouldn't accept any answers given.
Very disappointing.

They are just not listing - bulldozing through with renewals not agreed
Aggressive and unscrupulous marketing for car insurance renewal. Despite me not renewing and not signing the documents to renew in addition to emailing them; they continued to what feels like bulldozed their way through.
I contacted them within 14 days to cancel too.
I am baffled as how to how they can continue without me signing an agreement t?
All the emails are 'do not reply' so you have to go around the houses to contact them.
They have doubled my car insurance jensen I have gone elsewhere.
They do not listen.
The emails kept coming and now proms finance are eating me payment plans. They are just not listening.
Shocking.

Quick response and good communication. Disappointed at the time taken to achieve my request. One car already covered required cover for a second car. ALL DETAILS WERE THE SAME only difference is the vehicle registration. EVERY OTHER THING WAS THE SAME???

A lovely man today called Zee
I spoke to a lovely man today called Zee
I was discussing a renewal quote after I was written to by my existing insurance company.
Although Zee could not match my renewal quote I found him very pleasant with a great sense of humour, so much nicer than a call centre in, ahem India!
I just wanted to say that Zee was superb and although I will go with my renewal quote rather than Carole Nash I can wholeheartedly recommend him

Carol nash was cheaper simpler and better cover including breakdown cover i never had before after Asked bikesure for renewal quote told one price sent another , quote had 3 extra repeated registration numbers on and more money told me if I got aa cheaper quote they would try to match it, why waste my time !

Incompetency at its highest
Following an email regarding an invite to renew my policy, I phoned Carole Nash as this can't be done online. After being on the phone for over an hour, speaking to a highly incompetent rep, who was asking the same questions time and time again, I was told I wasn't able to renew my policy. Something to do with the make and model of bike not being recognised despite this model and make being insured with Carole Nash for the past two years.
I was also told that if you had been insured for a number of years (23 in this instance) on a provisional license and then go and pass your full A bike license, you need several months experience before the system allows you to be considered.
I had 10 years no claims up until this point so was keen to remain loyal. Never again will I use this incredibly incompetent broker.

You sent me. Quote and I missed the renewal by a day. When I rang up exactly the same request had gone up £100 in a day?? I complained and it was reduced by £50 but I still feel this is no way to treat customers. The guy that dealt with me was spot on and really helpful though.
