I recently appointed Cairds in Ashtead to sell my property. Gavin was the utmost professional and spent a lot of time offering advice and support throughout the whole process. I was very pleased to receive an offer from the first day of viewings and Gavin skilfully negotiated an offer that was acceptable to me. The whole process was handled with expertise and consideration. I would highly recommend Cairds Ashtead to anyone looking to sell and would have no hesitation in using them again.

Gavin Newton was very clear at arranging to work around my appointments to make them time effective on the day where I am also viewing with another agent . He also helped me to work through the website view page where I was having a concern about viewing pictures …and was very flexible and empathic about my concerns about price . He managed to find a property that suits me after finding out my needs so he’s very ontop of recents properties on file and was able to help me get a viewing there .

Although I didn’t end up renting through Cairds, my experience with Christian was second to none. He was extremely professional, very knowledgeable, and always quick to come back to me with clear answers to any questions I had. An absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Cairds in Ashtead did a great job on helping me with a complex sale that had fallen through in the past and I needed to get completed. They set out a good sales strategy, got lots of interest very quickly, helped me select the best buyer, and the team there, especially Jo Woods, were brilliant in regularly getting information from all the parties involved and making sure that issues were being brought to the attention of the people who needed to deal with them. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

The whole process start to finish went amazing. Luke was great at helping the whole process run smoothly, all the in-house recommendations were really good and we managed to purchase the property in an incredibly fast time frame!

Cairds is unresponsive and provide and unsatisfactory service. One instance we just need Cairds to contact the tenant and arrange access so that fire door works can be carried out. It's been 20 days and they still haven't contacted the tenant. Their office is a 5min walk to the rental property, Cairds could even walk over and speak to the tenant.

I found Cairds to be a very lovely estate agency to deal with. In particular Oscar and Donna were incredibly helpful, kind and honest and I highly recommend them.

Open and transparent, not pushy and very honest in his appraisals, comments and advice. Will definitely use his skills again.

Luke was superb all the way through the process for us. Highly recommend for your move!!

there are many things that we weren’t notified of for example gas and electricity is on topups we werent told that gas randomly stops working just bcs theres no credit the paint job isn’t impressive at all plus water randomly stops working aswell there are many more things but it will get too long
