I visited our flat at Novellus court on 11th April. Since seeing it and settling in on 29th Lola has helped us achieve this. She is very enthusiastic and quickly responds to my calls or concerns. She is calm under pressure ! She came to visit John and was very understanding with some problems.

Kate has showed us around several properties and we've been really pleased with her professionalism and the useful information she has always gleaned before viewings to give informed details. We also like her soft-sell approach - we've always felt comfortable during our viewings and have wanted to buy from her!
