As every year, our experience with CabreraMedina was excellent. From the moment we picked up the keys until we returned them, everything went smoothly. The car was great, the process was straightforward, and the team is trustworthy and easy to deal with. Highly recommended!

We have used this company on nine occasions now and find them extremely reliable. We book online which is so easy to do, we have created an account with them so all the details they require from us are stored and we don't have to keep repeating them. Then we arrange for the car to be delivered to our hotel on the date and time we require it and just return the keys to our hotel reception at the end of our lease. You don't have to pay anything until you pick the keys up from the representative and everything is covered fully comprehensive apart from if you were to go off roading in the vehicle.The staff are always there on time and will call you if there is any problem. They will also provide you with child car seats/booster seats at no extra charge.

No fuss, easy to deal with with, great value.

This company is great , unlike the big international car hire companies there are no hidden charges , the cars are clean and well maintained and the staff very efficient , I wouldn’t use anyone else in Lanzarote

Great service once again, we have used Cabrera Medina for over 10 yrs now.
Only issue I have now is it’s a lot more difficult returning the car due to lack of space in the car park. Absolute atrocious if it’s very busy.

Really easy to book, car was delivered and collected from our apartment, which was super convenient. We loved the car, it was brand new and very high spec and great value for money.
We felt very spoilt. Overall great service. Not our first time and it won't be our last, we wouldn't use anyone else for car hire in Lanzo.

So easy to deal with, super quick pick up at the airport, and they collected the car from our hotel at the end. No hard sell to get you to take out extra insurance or anything.

Warm welcome when we arrived at Lanzarote airport. Quick and easy transaction, car not parked in the space we expected but gentleman in office helped straight away. Easy return with fabulous staff on hand to help. Very pleased.

We have been visiting Lanzarote a couple of times a year since 2021 and we have always used Cabrera Medina. Fantastic service. Even when we've had difficulties nothing was ever too much trouble and someone is always there to help.
Reserve online, at the price quoted for the vehicle. I have sometimes gone back online to see prices and have found an equivalent for less cost. Its easy to amend your bookings. You may not get exactly the vehicle reserved but it will be an equivalent. The cars are always really good quality and pretty clean and tidy. Refil what fuel you use us all that is asked.

We arrived around 11:30pm, desk still open.
We received the key after 5 minutes (driver licence copy, contract signature etc).
The car was really clean, in good condition, full of gas.
The return take 10 secondes. We gave the key and adios.
Cabera Medina is a really good car rental agency.

Everything went smoothly as per our ageeement.
The Lady we dealt with in Playa was excellent and very friendly whilst the same time was very professional

Good car and easy to drive, just a note the parcel shelf can’t close well because is scratched in the corner maybe by previous user.
