Easy and speedy
Our existing washer of 16 years started showing errors, and in my experience these were due to motherboard disintegration. Rather than getting unknown service engineers to mull over the problem scratch theirs heads and therefore run up call-out fees, we decided to go new. We had had a tumble dryer through the same system last year so we were expecting something similar. It was even better. We ordered the washer and included the full installation, removal of the old washer and taking away of the rubbish. It was available for delivery 3 days later just after the weekend. We had 2 confirmation emails in the meantime and the guys arrived at 8.30am on the day and were gone by 9.00am. Brilliant. Everything working and the washing hadn't even built up.

I bought a fridge freezer that cost…
I bought a fridge freezer that cost over £600. It lasted 14 months then they did everything possible to refuse repair under the 2015 consumer rights act. Avoid as most reviews on other sites only rate them less than 2/5.

Useless Company
Bought myself a new phone, paid for next day delivery, waited and waited for a dispatched email and an out for delivery email and i got nothing. Rang customer service and asked where it was me they said it was out of stock, i never got a notification or anything to say that it was out of stock and was left completely unaware of this. I am very disappointed, i didn’t get offered my £10 back for next day delivery and didn’t get an apology.
Terrible won’t be using them again.

Follow up review to what has been a awful experience with buy it direct from start to finish have attached return label for dpd collection 29/06/2026 I have had the time to look at the packing it is in awful condition with no base to the box it remains as it arrived untouched in the frankly falling apart box we're has it been before me? Scam / Cowboys avoid
Pay for next day saturday delivery get the below 1 hour after they close stating we wont get it tomorrow, we wont know anything else until Monday (3 days later) and we cant even contact them...

Bought an air conditioning unit on 8th…
Bought an air conditioning unit on 8th June within 16 days it was clear it simply cannot cool the space it's supposed to. Raised a return request and was told their terms don't allow returns on commercial items. I bought this in my personal name as a consumer. The Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives me the right to reject a product that isn't fit for purpose within 30 days no terms and conditions can override that.
I have now sent a formal letter citing the relevant legislation. If this isn't resolved promptly I will be escalating to trading standards.
Disappointing experience from a company that should know consumer law. I'd urge anyone in a similar position to know your rights before accepting a refusal.
** So they asked me for photos which I sent to their WhatsApp number, they confirmed they had them on the phone and came out with the same old rubbish we don’t refund a commercial item. Funny how everything is done over the phone, they don’t seem to like to leave a paper trail. Then today I get an email saying Here's a note to let you know, we've closed your recent case about a return. This company are a bunch of scammers and they use overseas customer service to fob you off**
