Very easy ordering and fairly quick delivery but no notification between ordering and delivery. It was lucky we were at home.
Garment is fine but not especially well cut. Very baggy around armholes and quite low cut which was not evident in the initial on line description.

I have been using box 2for something like 40 years. So you can see I rate the cpany. The service is superb Maggie and Ingrid ho beyond the normal. On this occasion I was very disappointed the trousers were not as the picture showed and I am almost same height as the picture. The tops were also not as I thought, the linen mix looked awful
I have sent all the items back, but this not an overall reflection of this company. I have many pieces that are superb

Efficient, receptive, nice fabrics, prompt service and easy returns. My only regret with this company is when they stopped selling the fabulous crepe trousers and vests they used to do, I bought loads and they were simple and classy.

I have been a loyal customer of BOX 2 for 30 years plus. I love the availability of larger sizes in natural fabrics, especially the linen. The designs are stylish & classy. Postage prompt, no quibble returns.

Items arrived promptly and were up to the quality I've come to expect.
Despite the three items I bought being linen they all ironed beautifully without the use if too much steam! A major bonus with the temperature outside being 35°c

The dresses arrived promptly as expected. I find that the packing was not so good and the dresses were very badly creased when the arrived. I note that the fabric is not of the same quality as previous linen dresses ive bought from box2. Also the finish was quite poor and the seams were not well finished.

Love these trousers! So comfortable and look lovely. Service and delivery nice and quick so arrived in plenty of time. Would order again.

Good quality and speedy service

Love the,dress and pashmina but the label on dress,sewed on really badly hence four stars. One minor point and honestly I'm not being picky, just stating a fact. Not all big ladies have arms like a sumo wrestler. Bit smaller armholes would be great.
