Everything was explained in detail

Everything was explained in detail. The hearing test was thorough. I was assured that if I didn’t find the new aids suitable I could return them, The audiologist was understanding of my needs and friendly. Looking forward to getting the new CROS aid.

Emergency walk in

Just walked in with a blood shot eye and they saw me straight away. Gave a full eye examination to check that is was a burst blood vessel. Al ok.
Harrison gave the pre examination, Alice was great with the full eye test and Dan rounded everything off
