The worst and most lawless pharmacy…

The worst and most lawless pharmacy I've ever seen. After an hour of requesting emergency medicine, they said the system was down and they just ignored the customers. I am so sad.

My hearing aid is not successful…

My hearing aid is not successful because it falls out on one side and on the other it is painful. My technician is brilliant helpful and everything positive but the hearing aid is not good for me. I am hoping that we will be able to find a solution.

Easy experience

I was always seen on time by friendly, helpful staff and they advised me of my options for improving my hearing. The only issue I had was one of my original hearing aids appeared to have a problem. This was quickly rectified with a new pair of aids that appear to be working fine.

I’ve been coming to Edinburgh branch…

I’ve been coming to Edinburgh branch for a while now. My first hearing aid is from boots.
In my previous annual reviews, the audiologist check my hearing and my hearing aid as well.
For my last check, the guy who did my test was very pushy about the sale. Did not even test my hearing aid. My hearing aid was only 2 years old. So disappointed.

Everything was explained in detail

Everything was explained in detail. The hearing test was thorough. I was assured that if I didn’t find the new aids suitable I could return them, The audiologist was understanding of my needs and friendly. Looking forward to getting the new CROS aid.
