The audiologist was great, she was very patient with my Mum, she made sure my Mum understood everything.
She took time to explain the different kind of hearing aids, and which one she thought would suit her best.
Overall my Mum thought she was excellent.

What can I say? Can't fault Sian Wilkins!

The cord on my right hearing aid that you pull the aid with to get it out had become very frail through wear and tear after nearly 4 years. I was a bit wary of putting it in my ear as I thought it may break it and wouldn't be able to get it out. Fast forward straight to Boots and yes it has to go back to the manufacturers to be fixed. Sian organised a temporary fix so I'm not struggling! Got to say Sian is very helpful and friendly. I'm happy as well so for me it a win win ! Thank you very much Sian

I had 4/5 appointments with Sian Wilkins in relation to the fitting of new hearing aids.Sian was extremely proficient and meticulous in making sure the product was exactly right for my particular needs.She had excellent communication skills and a very good sense of humour which made you feel totally relaxed in what can be a daunting experience of realising that whatever product you buy will never replace the body’s natural hearing function.Sian did an excellent job in adjusting the hearing aids over several appointments and can be thoroughly recommended for maximising the benefits of the product to suit my particular needs.

Sian was fabulous. Explained everything in detail and nothing was too much trouble. I love my hearing aids thank you so much.

After a routine ear healthcare check the Audiologist suggested a full hearing test which was duly booked for the following week. The test was really thorough with Sian, the Audiologist explaining ever detail as to why and what would happen at each stage which was extremely helpful. After the test the results were shown and explained it became apparent that I would benefit from having hearing aids. The benefits and prices of each aid were explained without me getting a feeling of being sold to, infact it was quite the opposite especially with Boots 90 day no quibble refund guarantee. However, in all honesty the thought of having to wear hearing aids wasn't appealing and not what I expected but Sian was very kind, patient, understanding and supportive throughout the whole process and for me that made a big difference. Since having my hearing aids fitted nearly 2 weeks ago the aftercare so far has been terrific with a support phone call at the end of my first week to see how I was getting on and 2 separate emails with excellent advice on how to get the best out of your aids and environment. I feel really confident that choosing Boots for my hearing care was certainly the right decision and with my experience with them I have no hesitation in giving them, especially Sian the Audiologist a 5 star recommendation..

I booked a hearing test at Boots St Helens and it was a really nice experience. Sian explained everything about the test and after I had the hearing test she explained the results to me and why particular hearing aids would be the best for my hearing loss. She was really pleasant and informative, set up hearing aids to suit my particular loss and gave me time to walk around the local area trying them out in different locations to see how they were in different situations. She then altered them a little to suit what I had found. Sian listened to everything I said during the test and ensured that I got exactly what I wanted from the hearing aids. I had their use fully explained and a further 2 week appointment set up to recheck. I chose boots hearing because of other reviews and their excellent aftercare and I was not disappointed in my choice.
