Biscuit icing session and Moomin Tea
I booked a biscuit icing session and afternoon tea as a surprise for my daughter and niece. We were an hour late due to a mix up with CET booking, but it was no problem, and we were warmly welcomed. The girls loved the icing session, and we got to take our creations home of course. The Moomin afternoon tea was fun and delicious.
All the staff were friendly and engaging, and we had a lovely chat with them while leaving. I would definitely recommend Biscuiteers for a fun, delicious afternoon. Hope to come back again soon. xxx

Honestly the worst tasting overpriced…
Honestly the worst tasting overpriced garbage I have tasted in my life. Yes it looks pretty but that’s what you’re paying for. We threw it in the bin it tastes like stale old back of the cupboard biscuits. The service is also outrageous. They never answered a single call when I have called, they don’t reply to messages and they don’t keep you up to date on dispatch, or out for delivery. I can’t believe they are a huge business on this scale and this bad. Really shocked if I’m honest. Save your money and order a more tasteful dessert for much cheaper

Wonderful experience all round
The web site was easy to navigate and ordering was very easy. The biscuits arrived a day later than the email stated, but I put that down to Royal Mail not Biscuiteers.
The product was beautifully packaged and secured in the box, so no breakages. And to top it off the biscuits were beautifully decorated and tasted wonderful. Will definitely order again.
