Very dissapointing
I received a box of Biscuiteers biscuits as a birthday gift from a friend and, while they looked absolutely amazing on first impression, unfortunately the quality didn’t live up to the beautiful presentation.
As I worked my way down through the layers, I found that the paper was stuck to many of the biscuits, which made them difficult to remove without damaging them. More disappointing, though, was the taste and texture. The biscuits were very soft rather than having a nice biscuit crunch, and I found them completely lacking in flavour.
They certainly look beautiful and make a lovely-looking gift, but sadly, based on my experience, I personally wouldn’t purchase them. For what is marketed as a premium product, I expected the taste and quality to be every bit as impressive as the decoration.

Our biscuits are intentionally baked with a softer texture to complement the icing, rather than having the crunch of a traditional biscuit. However, they certainly shouldn't be lacking in flavour, and we're also disappointed to hear that the paper was sticking to a number of the biscuits and causing damage when you tried to remove them.
We really appreciate you bringing this to our attention. As a premium gifting product, we want the experience of actually enjoying the biscuits to live up to their appearance and presentation.

I am still waiting for an order which should have arrived three days ago. I have emailed and tried ringing, but nothing!! My order will now arrive (or not arrive) too late for the birthday it was meant for.

I requested a delivery date of the 10th August for a birthday, got to the 12 of August and the order had not been processed, let alone despatched. Had to buy another gift. Biscuiteers blamed
Problems
With their website and computer systems. They eventually refunded me, but now being bombarded with spam

Pretty poor
Pretty poor. The biscuits were ordered and paid for on 10 August and a full week later, they still have not arrived. Also, exorbitantly priced for what they are. I would hesitate to use Biscuiteers again.

Arranged delivery for a specific date…
Arranged delivery for a specific date for a birthday and it wasn't delivered until the next day. They then didn’t actually deliver it, despite it being a post box sized parcel… I now have to rearrange this and tell the recipient to wait in for it… this is rubbish service for a surprise birthday gift. Delicious Macarons
The Macarons were delicious - tasted amazing but were a little the worse for wear on arrival. Had clearly been a bit bashed about by Royal Mail which was a shame.
