Beautiful biscuits
Ordered a personalised anniversary gift Very easy to order and next day delivery was great. I did try to select the same day London delivery option (as I wasn’t going to be in all day the following day) but it wouldn’t allow me to place the order which was odd given I was ordering before 9am. Nevertheless, the handy flat package arrived before I left and was pushed through the letterbox anyway. The recipient absolutely loved the biscuits and the design holds personal meaning for us, so even better! As others have commented, the price is quite steep for 3 standard sized biscuits. We look forward to tasting them soon as part of a homemade afternoon tea ❤️

My parcel has not arrived and has been…
My parcel has not arrived and has been going back and forth between delivery office and sorting office twice a day every day for 2wks due to missing letter on postcode.
Biscuiteers are well aware of the problem but just send automated reply everytime I've contacted them about this issue.

Disappointing
Disappointing. I thought the personalised birthday cake biscuit would be iced with Happy Birthday and the recipients name but it wasn’t. The actual biscuit tasted slightly stale. A lot of money for a non personalised- personalised stale iced biscuit.

Would I order again? most definitely!!!!
Easy to order. Ordered the 4 gingerbread birthday people. On delivery postman knocked even though they would fit through a letterbox, opened to check not broken as rattling inside smaller box but had to remove the cellophane to do this. Icing had come away to keep biscuits secure but luckily they were not broken. Absolutely lovely gift but a little over priced for the size of them. Would I order again? most definitely!!!!
