The appearance looks so great and they are a very convenient way to do something special for a birthday if you can't be together with your special people. I love sending them to my beloved family and friends, who seem very pleased. So far we've had lemon cats, gingerbread people and a birthday cookie with champagne. Would you consider doing gluten free gingerbread persons.
