Great gift. Lovely tin and item. The gift was for a 50th anniversary and was very well received.

Sadly, despite suggesting a 1-3 day delivery time for a gift to Paris, it is now 12 days since I ordered the gift (for a birthday that was now 6 days ago) and nothing has been dispatched or delivered according to tracking. Apparently Biscuiteers believes their small print says up to 14 days for delivery, but that’s unhelpful for a birthday gift. Shame as I do love the product. I just can’t rely on delivery times which makes it not viable for time sensitive gifts!

Beautiful to gift but really sloppy at dispatching orders on time and making customers feel worthwhile or looked after. It’s definitely happened three or four times now that I’ve had to chase because the delivery day I’ve selected has passed and there is no email managing my expectations / updating me, or to let me know the tracking details. I just ordered some Christmas gifts to be delivered on 16th Sept as my parents were going to Spain on 18th (today) and they could deliver them for me to my family out there. I reached out to ask where the order was. Have had no direct response from customer services but received autogenerated email yesterday (17th) confirming that my order was dispatched will arrive today (18th). My parents are already in the air to Valencia. I don’t know how I will get these gifts to them now - it’s too late. I also don’t know why I never remember that Biscuiteers customer service is so poor - probably blinkered by the pretty biscuits. Another disappointment from what should be a really five star company.

Easy to order, next day delivery but they omitted to put the note in for the recipient so they didn’t know who they were from 🤷♀️

2nd time I have ordered gifts for people and the message has not been included and the recipient has had no idea who has sent them .
I have complained to biscuiteers and out ten embarrassment of this and they just explained it better to use their app and user error !!! Oh dear not helpful
and not a very satisfactory reply and so things won’t change so will have to go elsewhere in future . A shame their happiness team don’t want to
make people very happy !!

Brilliant service! I recently placed my first order three days prior to the requested delivery date as a surprise for a friend. While I was initially concerned about potential delays, the company did an excellent job tracking the shipment and keeping me informed every step of the way. The item arrived safely on time, and my friend was absolutely delighted with the surprise. Thank you!

Following on from my previous review: a late but sincere apology was received from them, holding their hands up and promising to put the correct chocs in the post to me immediately. They never came. The party came and went without us being able to give our hosts their personalised chocolates. We told them that they WERE on their way. (Except that they weren’t on their way, as it transpired). More chasing by me after weekend of the party. Where ARE these expensive, handmade, personalised chocolates? Finally, ‘we have refunded your money. These chocolates are no longer available’.As a gesture of goodwill, they have sent a small box of biscuits, FOC. Totally inadequate. Dreadful customer service from Biscuiteers. One ‘untruth’ after the next. I repeatedly asked them to phone me so that we could sort it out. Did they phone? No. And none of their phone numbers were answered when I tried to call them. What a shame. I would give this company a wide berth and buy your ‘luxury handmade chocolates’ elsewhere. A complete shambles of an outfit.

Ordered a gift for family member on Friday, with selected delivery date for Sunday. Paying £4.95 for delivery, you expect it to be quick, tracked and efficient so gift is delivered on time.
It has now been 5 days since purchase and there has been no delivery or update to order other than ‘getting items ready’ & ‘waiting on details’. I contacted on Monday for an update but still not had any response. Unfortunately you would expect gifts to be delivered by specific date when you’ve paid for that service, or, at the very least have quick communication to resolve the issue.
Shame because products look great, and is an ideal gift for family members who live far away. However, if unreliable will not be ordering again.

Biscuiteers are my go to for presents. Always arrive on time and recipient is always delighted.

Really poor, biscuits delivered to incorrect address, was told a replacement would be sent to correct address for free and then 2 days later told that it wouldn’t be. Terrible service

The staff were particularly charming and helpful and made the occasion almost festive! The biscuits are very expensive, but make a nice gift.

Hard choosing from so many great choices but once we had decided the biscuits arrived two days later as requested.
Beautifully packaged and made a great gift
Great service and any questions we had were answered immediately

I saw the unicorn biscuit kit and thought my little granddaughter would like it. It arrived on the day I had selected and she didn't just like it, she absolutely loved it.

My grandson really enjoyed the biscuit I had ordered for his 18th birthday. It arrived on the day, which was great.

Placed an order and it wasn't dispatched for 10 days. I had no idea that the recipient hadn't received their special gift. Communication is really poor, I won't be using them again.
