The biscuits are always so exquisitely packaged and once you open the beautiful tin and paper inside , the biscuits are almost too beautiful to eat!!! They could be framed!! (However they are delicious!!)
They can be ordered at the last minute and always arrive as promised.

I am confused as to why I am being asked for a review when I haven't received my order! Que ???
Well confusion resolved . It would have been useful to know that review requests sometimes come before delivery,- hence the 4 and not a 5 star review.
The goods received were perfect. Exactly iced as requested and all items looked bright and jolly. Beautifully boxed and so well packaged there were no breakages. Aiming to get a 5star order next time - yes, now there will definitely be a next time. Thank you.

The biscuit was delivered on time.
My friend loved the message she says the biscuit is too good to eat! However she will bite into it soon!

Absolutely wonderful biscuits! The box and presentation just made them so special. The delivery was quick and none of the biscuits were damaged in the shipping.

I absolutely love and have loved Biscuiteers for many years and though extremely expensive have found the reliability for special gifts with a quick turn around their usp.
However I have felt so let down this week and really shocked and disappointed by the situation and can only think it is linked to the scaling up of the business that has removed the ability to offer proper customer care.
I ordered a surprise gift for my son starting uni to make him feel less lonely in freshers week which I ordered on Monday for next day delivery. When I didn’t receive notification of shipment by the next day I knew something was up. So contacted customer service but phone lines go to voicemail only and so emailed. No reply to my email or phone call message and days ticked by.
Finally a had a “dear customer” generic email telling me a system error meant production was delayed and that my gift would ship Friday to arrive Saturday and as a sorry give me a £5 credit on my account.
This credit did not appear until today (Saturday) after I chased with another email yesterday that I didn’t get a reply to and the goods have finally shipped today and so won’t be delivered until next week.
I haven’t received one personal email to any of my correspondence ( one voicemail two emails) and my son who is at a loose end on his first weekend alone at uni won’t be getting the treat that could make him smile.
When you are spending £45+ on a tin of biscuits and £10 on a gingerbread man you definitely expect more.
Giving me £5 credit to spend honestly isn’t really it because that’s only a benefit if I buy soon as credits expire after 90 days - and you have shipped even later than you said and no personal response.
To not be able to reach a human any more or be given an option to cancel or change an order that is a week late for a food gift is just unacceptable and you need to review this because you are a high end luxury business and as such customer service and personal human connection is everything.
I still rate the business and because of that will remain loyal but do better Biscuiteers because a couple of strikes and I will need to rethink you as a go to for special treat gifts.

Brilliant , they were a gift for my granddaughter for passing her test first time! They arrived on the right day and she was really pleased ! Helped to have a vouched as no matter how yummy your biscuits are they are very expensive , but thank you .🙏

Great gift. Lovely tin and item. The gift was for a 50th anniversary and was very well received.

Sadly, despite suggesting a 1-3 day delivery time for a gift to Paris, it is now 12 days since I ordered the gift (for a birthday that was now 6 days ago) and nothing has been dispatched or delivered according to tracking. Apparently Biscuiteers believes their small print says up to 14 days for delivery, but that’s unhelpful for a birthday gift. Shame as I do love the product. I just can’t rely on delivery times which makes it not viable for time sensitive gifts!
