Not only was the coach late in picking us up from the station, it dropped us miles away from Murrayfield stadium and we had to walk almost half an hour to the event and longer back as the coach was parked further away from the already long drop off point and all the way at the front of the long queue of coaches. I ended up with sore burst blisters on my feet when I got home because of the distance I had to walk to and from. Not only was it not worth the money but ordinary Citylink coaches were a lot closer to the venue and I could have got free fare with my disability card. Lesson learned.

The coach and journey was excellent very clean comfy bus.
When I booked said Perth to murrayfield I did not expect to get dropped off so far away from stadium. My husband has had a knee replacement and it was far to walk to stadium and back to bus after concert.
I was not made aware when booking that this would be the case I definitely would not have booked . I have no com about the actual journey only that I was not told that Perth to murrayfield actually meant nearer the zoo!!!

Pick up to the festival was easy from a service station. The driver was well presented and helpful. It was great to be taken straight to the festival site.

The bus was over an hour late for pick up from the festival.

Allowing collapsing trolleys which aren't too big would have been helpful.

The coach was on time. The driver was very friendly. We were given the exact place and time for pick up after the gig. No problems at all.

I booked Big Green Coach for Reggae Land 2026 and unfortunately the experience was very stressful from the start.

The information around the pickup points and timings was confusing. There were different locations/times being referred to, including Nottingham and Sheffield, and it wasn’t always clear where we were actually supposed to be going. This left us having to double-check everything ourselves and worrying about whether we were going to miss the coach.

The journey itself also wasn’t what I expected. We had a very early start and, despite paying specifically for transport to the festival, the organisation and communication made the whole experience much more stressful than it needed to be. We eventually arrived at around 2pm, but it felt like a lot of unnecessary hassle to get to that point.

When we complained about our experience, the only compensation offered was a voucher, which felt inadequate given the issues we had experienced.

For something that should make getting to a festival easier and more convenient, I expected much clearer communication, accurate information and better organisation.

I wouldn’t book with Big Green Coach again without seeing significant improvements to the way they communicate pickup information and manage the service.

Very badly organised , ridiculous delays and extremely poor customer services!

Excellent service
I paid for my daughter and her friend to travel to and from reading festival. Driver was friendly and helpful they felt safe and journey was brilliant. Highly recommend gave me piece of mind knowing they got there and back safely

Shocking service from Southampton to MK Bowl. Both drivers (there and back) got lost. Return journey left MK at 11:30pm and arrived in Southampton at 5:15am. Yes, 5 3/4hrs. Road works played a part, but not as much as the driver getting lost more than once

My child took a Big Green Coach to Reading for the first time on their own. The driver was friendly, kind and patient. They even waited for my child when they were a little late arriving for the return journey, which I appreciated. Otherwise they would have been stranded. Thank you! Will definitely use again.

Thank you for making our trip to see Bonjovi at Wembley a pleasureable experience .The coach was early and the drivers were very professional.
I would highly recommend using this company as it took all the worry and hassle of getting there and back away and far easier than getting the train.
The only negative was you could of had some music on to lift the atmosphere as we were going to a music concert!!

Used the service from Cardiff to Wembley for Bon Jovi,couldn’t fault it,great drivers and a comfortable coach,made the trip really easy.Definitely use again.

If I could give more than 5* I would, the customer service communication is brilliant, I had a problem with the date and was so grateful they did everything they could to help and change it for me, so thankful, even on the day, super communication, comfortable smooth calm journey, great friendly driver! We used the BGC (South Wales transport) to go to wembley to see bon Jovi yesterday.the coach was in plenty of time for people to get on and the 2 coach drivers(Steve and cas) were very helpful and friendly.when you have coach drivers who are like that it makes the journey most comfortable and a pleasure to be on their coach.i would definitely recommend the BGC to anyone going to events.everything was perfect from start to finish.

I travelled with them last Saturday to see Pulp. The driver clipped a vehicle as he joined the m56, didn’t know where he was going and dropped us at the wrong place. Consequently we missed the bus back and had to get a taxi as issues with connectivity for maps amd what3words. On top of this we found out his coach isn’t taxed therefore driving illegally.

We raised complaint a week ago and advised it was an illegal vehicle. We received a response today offering £10 in good will. They haven’t even acknowledged that they contracted an illegal vehicle.

Need better checks, safer drivers who are taxed and know the way

Got some great help from Layla after one of my tickets for travel to Wembley didnt arrive. She helped out and got the ticket emailed the next afternoon. I havent given 5 stars as the ticket didnt arrive in first place causing me a mild panic but as least it got sorted the next day. I think a phone number to contact a person would be helpful rather than just emails and facebook or tik tok.

Great experience with some luggage that was mistakenly taken by another passenger. Received excellent and swift support from the BigGreen Coach customer services Team (James) in co-ordinating the bag switch, resulting in the bag being recovered within 24 hours. Thank You.

I have used this company several times now. The customer service is amazing and very prompt. The driver we had was superb. Would definitely use again and recommend to others.

Had a mix up with bags. Contacted the company who replied very quickly and problem was sorted straight away
