Really good service and price

Really good service and price. My only problem with their logistics is that they consider the order completed once it has been dispatched. There is then a period where your delivery becomes like Schrodinger’s Cat. I wasn’t able to track it ( I live in a rural situation) but it did arrive safely.

Very happy

We have a very big old labradoodle, he's been having a problem jumping in and out of our car lately. We are very happy with the new steps after a few days he's using them no problem unlike a ramp we bought. Well worth the expense very well made and easy to use, only drawback they are a little bit heavy.

Responding to customers.

I can only speak as l find.
I sent goods back in an email explaining why l sent goods back and got a favourable email in return saying they were going to replace the coller with a larger one and would not charge me the extra cost. The product is of very good quality and looks it.
Only down side is Royal Mail not doing there bit efficiently.

Friendly personal service

In this day an age we can all search the internet for the best price for what we are looking for, so what really makes the difference is the service you receive. The service from Big Dog World was great, personal and friendly so why look any further :)
