Excellent company to do business with, a very happy and impressed customer. I was struggling to get a supply of my usual puppy food and came across the Big Dog World website, not only was the food in stock, it was delivered the next day. Thank you for your efficient service which can be a rare find these days!!

I can't praise the Big Dog World staff enough; excellent advice prior to purchase from individuals that were knowledgable both of the products and 'big dogs'. Once placed, my order was processed and dispatched on the same day; it was delivered on the next working day. I was delighted with the dog collar which delivered everything promised on the website write up and more. Very simply, a faultless transaction.
