Purchased the coconut cake as a gift for a person that loves coconut cake.
Cake was rated. a 7 out of 10, flavor unremarkable, slightly dry.
Cream in the middle of the cake was heaven +10, butter cream frosting on the outside of the cake waa inedible, scraped it off.

Holiday order disappointment
I ordered two pies for Christmas Eve dinner dessert. The key lime was horrible and got tossed. The meringue topping was squished flat, the pie was the texture of hummus. Way too much sugar and the pie was very tiny for the price. Never again. We have not been brave enough to try the second one, strawberry rhubarb. It’s very small as well, $60 and $52each plus shipping $45.98. It would have been better to go to the local grocery store. I thought I was ordering something truly very special. Not!

Very Bad for that money
I ordered a cake for a friend. First of all, they send it from PA, it's not from New York as a company name.. the only good thing was the delivery, it was fast, but the cake was smashed and I don't know what kind of cake people ate from these reviews, but it was anything but delicious.. I found plenty of options on their website and it was easy to order what I wanted. I received a confirmation and a shipping notice, and the cake was delivered exactly when it was supposed to be. The finished product was pretty close to the website image. I'm very satisfied with my experience.

I have tried for five days
I have tried for five days, email and phone, to get through to customer service about the horrible cake my daughter received on her birthday. It looked it had freezer burn and it was dropped. It was so dry it was in editable. For $64.00 dollars they could at least have responded. I will do everything I can to share this experience - photos included.
