Very disappointing experience with…

Very disappointing experience with BabyMax.

I ordered a Cybex T Base which arrived damaged, and it was also not properly protected inside the box.

Customer service asked me to return it and sent a return label. We shipped the parcel the same day using their label, but a few days later the exact same package was returned to us. It turns out the label they sent had our own address as the delivery address, so the parcel could never reach their warehouse.

We have now refused the delivery and the parcel is being sent back through the courier network.

I am due to give birth in about two weeks, and this is a safety product needed for our baby’s car seat. What should have been a simple replacement has turned into unnecessary delays.

Still waiting for BabyMax to resolve this properly.

We bought a bugaboo donkey stroller…

We bought a bugaboo donkey stroller from here. Saved quite a lot compared to how much it cost in Denmark and it was shipped to us in days. We’ve used the stroller for 3 months so far and it’s been great. Would highly recommend!

Satisfied customers

Great prices compared to our local stores in Sweden. Delivery was smooth and we did receive everything at time and in perfect quality. We couldn’t be more happy with our purchase from Baby Max.

Reliable customer service!

Bought a Cybex stroller from BabyMax two years ago. Even thought the warranty has already expired, they have done their best to help me with getting the spare parts and getting in contact with the manufacturer. Reply from the customer service is fast and reliable; and you get to talk with actual human beings who get what you are trying to say :)

Outstanding customer service

Outstanding customer service!

We had a problem with a Thule Urban Glide - not BabyMax’s fault.
But BabyMax showed an extraordinary customer service.

Will for sure place an order at their webshop again!

Faulty item and customer service was below expectations

We bought the e-gazelle stroller from the store and we received it in a terrible condition.

Firstly and most importantly the seat zip is broken! I don't know how this is even possible in a new product. The stroller's zip was visibly damaged and non-functional, making the product unsafe and difficult to use. Also, the canopy of its seat arrived looking dirty, which is completely unacceptable for a new product, especially one meant for a baby.
When I contacted the customer service they refused to send the replacement (hasn’t happened yet) to my country Cyprus, despite the fact the fact that they advertise “shipping to the EU”. The original address we placed was in Greece and we then shipped it to Cyprus at our own cost. However, after this disaster, we we expected that the store would have the decency to ship it to Cyprus directly, but they refused.

All in all, their service was a huge disappointment.

Thanks for your review, and sad to hear that the zip of the suncanopy has been broken. You off course do have a warranty of 2 years on the stroller, so we will send you a new suncanopy for free.

It is indeed correct that we do not ship to Cyprus, our delivery company does not deliver to Cyprus, that is why it is also not possible to order from Cyprus at our website.
So in this case we will indeed send the new suncanopy to the address in Greece for free, where the order has been placed from.

Our apologies for this trouble, and thanks in advance for understanding.

Excellent customer service

I have made several purchases from Baby Max, and I am consistently impressed. The quality of the products is outstanding, and the delivery is always fast. The customer service is exceptional, making every interaction pleasant and efficient. I wish every company had customer service as excellent as this. Highly recommend!

Cybex priam Cozy Beige 4in1 Travel

Ordered the cybex priam Cozy Beige 4in1 back in April of 2024. This is one of those items that is always out of stock even on Cybex's website. I was a bit nervous since I never ordered from Baby Max NL and we live in denamrk. The delivery was set for mid July and early August but luckily everything arrived on the 8th of July. Really happy with the service from babymax, they are very easy to get in contact with and always got back to me while.i was waiting for my order to assure me it will come.
