I bought a stroller from Kindermaxx store and was absolutely delighted. The delivery was fast and the packaging was secure. The quality of the stroller is excellent — sturdy, comfortable, and very stylish. My child feels great in it, and I feel confident using it.

The shipping is nice, the item is as expected.

I bought a Thule Chariot Cross 2 Double and, based on Kindermaxx’s own listings, also ordered the Thule EZHitch Cup, which was presented as a compatible accessory. The product page simply stated:

> “Allows for your Thule child bike trailer to be used on a second bike.”

This gives the clear impression that it fits all Thule trailers sold on their site. It doesn’t. Thule’s own documentation shows that the Cross 2 uses the EZHitch Plate, not the Cup.

When I contacted customer service, they first wrote:

> “Please note that the Thule adapters offered on our website are compatible with the Thule bike trailers we sell.”

When I sent them proof from Thule’s official site, they changed their explanation, claiming it was my responsibility to check “which bicycle is being used and which hitch is compatible with it,” even though the problem is clearly between two Thule products and has nothing to do with my bicycle.

Before even realizing this, I had already spent a long time trying to make the part fit, watching videos, disassembling the hitch arm, and researching why it didn’t match, only to confirm that Kindermaxx’s listing was misleading from the start.

Instead of acknowledging the mistake or covering the return cost, they kept deflecting responsibility.

Misleading information, wasted time, and unhelpful customer service.

I had a great experience shopping at Kindermxx. The ordering process was simple, the communication was clear, and the delivery was very quick. The product arrived well-packaged and in perfect condition. Customer service was responsive and helpful with my questions. Overall, very reliable and professional — I would definitely recommend them to others.
