I ordered a stroller Britax romer rio and the price dropped for rio lux version, Johanna (customer support) was very friendly supported with changing the stroller just before the shipment. Also customer support was easy to talk and responded to all my queries in mail. Very happy customer and look foward to buying more things for my new born form here.

Very good customer service and fast delivery. However in my case there was unavailability of chosen colour of Priam but they offered the other colour option with same price.

Excellent customer service and fast…
Excellent customer service and fast deliveries. I had a problem with a stroller that I bought from them and they promptly addressed the issue, providing a newer version of the stroller and a return label for the old one free of charge. That all happened fast, so that we did not have to stay with a broken stroller for long. Besides, they've got pretty competitive prices!
