Great broadband

We live in a very secluded spot. I took part in the volunteer digging to allow the fibre cables to be laid. I am blown away by the result. Megafast broadband and at a very reasonable price. Very highly recommended.

I am a retired scientist, still active in research, working from home. Health problems stop me from travelling abroad but I still regularly attend conferences to give talks via Zoom or similar systems. Having a high-speed internet connection that can be relied upon to work perfectly at exactly the right time when maybe a hundred people are sitting in a conference hall somewhere in the USA waiting to hear my presentation is critical for me. And B4RN has consistently provided that level of service for more than 10 years now.

The project to transfer from my old provider to B4RN was straightforward. Great care was taken to ensure that my medical alarm would continue to work.

We get fibre to the premises and brilliant speeds. Any problems, a real human being who knows the village calls round and sorts it out.

B4RN have made broadband within the Dales fast and straightforward. The support team communicate well, have fixed a number of issues I've had and really made me feel connected as a customer. I'd recommend them to others without highspeed broadband. They've made a rural community feel connected.

I have been with B4RN since it was installed in our village in 2015. The service by the team has been first rate and I consider it great value for money. Other, larger, service providers promise lots but B4RN consistently delivers.

First class service for about 4 years. We’ve only had one 2 day break in service and we were kept fully informed of progress. I use it for work and lots of TVs etc, it’s excellent.

I have reliable fast BB at home enabling me to run a business. I regularly joinonline meetings and my internet connection never lets me down, wheas it often does fro other attendees, even when connecting from their offices! I have almost no phone signal here with any of the main companies, so B4RN broadband also improves my phone connectivity via Wifi WhatsApp calls.

When installed the visits were scheduled and the staff and volunteers arrived on time. They were polite and explained everything.
Since that time the performance has been outstanding. One glitch and assistance from the helpline talked me through and resolved the issue. A follow up email with written advice for any future occurrences was received. Other residents have confirmed that any break in service has been resolved within less than 1 hour. Price is very competitive.

I have been with the company since Lawkland completed our comunity installation in April 2017. the system as been virtually trouble free. Maintenance operations are always flagged well in advance. The main down time is usually caused by local farmers and contractors damaging the network.
