Avoid at all cost

Avoid at all cost, wouldn't even give them 1 star, wasn't worth the one year of free internet, constant outages, you don't receive bills via post or online, when you ring up about connection they do a test and tell you it's all good when you are watching a glitching screen, absolutely awful iv even paid over £200 just to get out of it and that isn't money I have to spare!

First class service

Our installation was performed on time and efficiently. Mitch and Owen reviewed where we wanted the router siting and routed the cable unobtrusively as requested, nothing was a problem.
We had minor connection issues on day two which were resolved promptly by Mich, who drove 3 hrs from his current location to help us out - the issue was pc related and not down to the installation.
All in all first class service so far

Liam offered me a great deal to switch…

Liam offered me a great deal to switch to Voneus and I was happy to do so. Our speed has doubled for less money per month and - so far - there have not been any dips in speed.

Importantly for a two year contract, there is a guarantee of no price rises. That means I know where I stand for the foreseeable future.

The modem offered is actually pretty decent, too. I recommend Voneus so far.

I decided to go with voneus on the…

I decided to go with voneus on the 20/2/26 and I am still yet to have my router installed.
We moved in to a property that had you previously and the old owner left there router so we are using that but does not give a solid connection and is not at the 900mbps that we signed up for I have spoke to people on many occasions about getting this sorted and they all say they shall come back to me and get my new router and speeds as promised but am still waiting
