Stellar support from Arkadium
I got a response to my help request very quickly, asking for additional information. After supplying the information, the follow-up response was even faster, and allowed me to solve my issue. The help folks followed up twice more making sure that all my problems had been solved, and supplied me with even more background on what the underlying issue was. This is stellar help. Kudos to the Arkadium support staff - you are awesome!

Great Customer Customer Service Response Time
Customer Service response time regarding my problem with the game Jewel Quest on AARP was excellent! Even though Arkadium could not fix the problem because this is not an Arkadium developed game, and they simply publish it on the website, Arkadium was helpful and explained everything very well.

Their bridge game has idiotic bidding and playing.
Their bridge game has idiotic bidding and idiotic playing. I have seen the opposition overcall the suit I opened with and end up at 5 or 6 in that suit, even after I doubled them. I have gotten over 2000 penalty points this way. During play, my partner always leads its high cards first, and ignores what suit I bid and does not pick up on high/low signals, and ignores the first card led. I have also seen it open with 3-card suites. Very bad!

Fun to play and help when needed
Fun games in many formats (card, word, token, memory, etc.) ... and help to solve the games if we need it. Wonderful customer service, in fact. I like to play games to give myself a break from other computer tasks, and Arkadium fills the bill. Highly recommended.

The support staff is friendly
The support staff is friendly, knowledgeable and aren't happy until the customer is. They took the time to make sure they understood the problem and checked back with me several times to be sure my problem was resolved. A pleasant change from some of the people I've had to deal with in the past.

Ads covering keyboard
I had a problem with ads covering the keyboard while I was playing a game. Very annoying. I sent a message to Arkadium support staff and was surprised to receive an answer immediately. Rodrigo offered a solution which solved the issue, problem solved! I am so impressed with their attention to customer service, they definitely care about their gamers’ satisfaction!

Superior Customer Service
Not only did the Arkadium agent (Rodrigo) respond almost immediately to my request, but he went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for even though it was not an Arkadium-supported game. I was very impressed and happy to see that superior customer service is still alive and well.

Arkadium is a Greedy Ripoff Corporation
Imagine a company wherein you can pay a premium for NO ADS. Well with this company that's a total lie. The company's latest foray into cheating its premium customers is a game called Solitaire Farm Seasons. The game itself is fun, but following Google's greedy model of saturating webpages with pop-up ads, Arkadium goes one that's far worse. They created a gaming experience that constantly pushes you into selecting optional ads in order to play a section freely, versus being charged for every level of play. In addition, on some levels, you must watch ads or you won't progress. They repeat this process countless times. Not satisfied with members paying for premium memberships, these greedy stooges get paid for every ad they entice/coerce you to watch. I'm done with this GREEDY IDIOTIC CRETINS and will spend my gaming time on other, less selfish venues. Avoid Arkadium like the plague. Young, Stupid, Ignorant sub-human gorillas that pray before the altar of money. Keep yours and shop elsewhere. This company SUCKS.
