Arkadium is a ripoff.
I’m a premium player. A recent game, Merge Haven, is a gem eater!
MH has competitive smaller games that don’t display correct rankings so if you think you’re in the First spot, when the game ends (like furball frenzy), all of a sudden you end up in fifth place.
You can get extra points”tools” if you win these sub-games. You will spend gems to get/keep that top ranking in order to get the extra goodies. With the deception regarding the rankings, you end up spending gems you wouldn’t spend if you knew the true rankings.
Ripoff games, ripoff site. Avoid.

They are worthless and never fix anything
I can't believe that there a number of positive reviews for Arkadium Support. In my experience, they are worthless. Every time I have reported a problem they respond quickly, yes, but then it is back and forth with them requesting screen shots of the problem, my extensions, try different browsers, send us more screen shots, ad infinitum until I get tired of dealing with them and they "close" the ticket because "we didn't hear back from you." They don't fix the problem, even though I have explained it in full and sent screen shot after screen shot. But they take credit for "closing" it. I'm sure their management structure thinks their developers are great because they "close so many issues." Don't waste your time with them. They never fix anything.

If I were asked to tell others what kind of customer service I would want from any company, I would use Arkadium as a standard. after retiring I found I needed help filling all those extra hours. I discovered Arkadium on line and found they have an incredible array of games and challenges which is actually amazing.
