Wonderful Company. Always a friendly reception backed up with first class service. If only all companies were like this. A request for replacement shower screen parts arrived the next day. I rang the next day for advice on how to fix new rollers and spoke to Ian. He ran through how to go about fixing the rollers including the order in which parts went together. He explained the best fixing techniques and some tips to ensure everything aligned correctly. Finished the job in 20 minutes. Thanks Ian your advice was invaluable.

A bespoke shower tray and glass door (ES200) was professionally installed in December 2018. After 18 months the door started to snag the base of the frame, the door handle became loose (the clear plastic washers had fragmented) and a month later a bolt in the top hinge fell out, having cut out of its back-plate. Still under warranty I contacted Aqata who said they were unable to replace the washers, and could only remedy the failure of the door hinge by selling me a new frame. I have been able to salvage the hinge with an over-sized bolt and use rubber washers on the door handle. The snagging was caused by movement in the door side of the hinge which has been rectified.

With a 15 year old shower enclosure in need of some TLC, I was not hopeful of being able to purchase replacement parts. However all required parts were available. All contacts were responded to promptly and delivery was also expedited.

Foolishly lost a screw when I took the shower screen down to retile the room, (the screen was as good as new after 8 years and didn't want to change it). I contacted AQATA and they responded very quickly, asking for photos of the screen. After a sending a couple of pictures the screw turned up next day, and it was free of charge. Excellent, speedy service, I wouldn't hesitate to buy their products again or recommend them to others. Thank you Katie.
