We were looking to replace our bath to a shower because of our ages. I had used these people many times for spare parts and seen their show room. My wife and I went just to look,the young lady (lauren) in charge of the showroom was so good at her job that she sold us a complete bathroom suite. No hard sell no coercion just good information and knowledge about her product's. Plus the added advantage no looking for for plumbers to fit it all, it's an all in service with plumbers included. We agreed the price time and date. They turned up on time every day they were extremely clean and tidy always leaving the area spick and span. We at all times felt we were part of the build every question we asked they took time to answer. As an engineer I have in the past done all my own DIY but old father time has made this impossible. I had a certain amount of trepidation but watching these guys work this soon eased. This is a clasic example of Ben having a good team who all have a pride in their skill. I have no hesitation in recommending this company,

We needed our bathroom updating so we contacted 4th Gen Plumbing. They showed us various options as what we could do. They quickly came & measured up & then supplied us with their quote which we accepted. Work stated 2 weeks later, they came when they said they would and had the job completed in 6 days. They were very good workers, always swept up at the end of each day. Very social people so I would highly recommend them.

I’ve been using this plumbing company for several years now and they’ve never let me down. Most recently they fitted a new hot water cylinder and also carried out remedial work on the header tanks that wasn’t originally in scope.

The quality of workmanship was excellent, as always. They’re professional, friendly, and clearly take real pride in what they do. Communication is straightforward, the work is carried out efficiently, and everything is left tidy.

Reliable, skilled, and a pleasure to deal with. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

When you’re making decisions about expensive work, like a whole new heating system which I needed, it’s so difficult to make that choice and get it right. Well I can honestly say you won’t be dissatisfied with the service and quality of work you receive from Ben and his family orientated team. Not only were the quality and customer service 1st class, but they worked quickly, efficiency and on time. They left my home spotless, and were so friendly and polite and treated my home as they’d treat their own, what more can you ask! Oh yes, well their prices were very competitive, and as they did the whole house while I was on holiday, they inspired my trust when I booked them, and I made the right decision. Thanks to the whole team.

Having had a quote from British Gas for a new boiler, 4th Gen Plumbing price was very competitive and I would prefer to use local. Josh, who did most of the work was very clean and efficient in his work and cleaned up as he went. I work from home and he was not intrusive or disruptive at all. Would 100% recommend this company.

Just moved into Holbeach. Showers were rubbish, just a dribble. Contacted 4th Gen Plumbing and they fixed it with a pump. Very prompt service, great lads doing the work, clean and tidy. The end result is we now have 2 showers working brilliantly.
Great job 4th Gen Plumbing. Would recommend them to anyone. Will certainly use them again for any plumbing work.

We need the bathroom completely refitted so I invited several companies to give me an estimate. Only 4th generation sat down and listened to what I wanted and said it won’t be easy but it can be done. Turning our old bathroom into a shower room with fitted units was a challenge. I’m not the easiest person to please and I’m sure when I changed the tiles I picked, the lights and the extraction fan patience was running low. These boys went beyond my expectations. From day one they covered all the hall stairs and landing with sticky plastic for protection. After work finished they tidied up and hovered when needed. No rubbish was left in the house. The workmanship is definitely 5 star ( I’ve worked in the building trade for 58 years and I know what is good and bad) The tiler was fantastic. They met a few unforeseen problems but handled them well, keeping me in touch. The other trades they use are also very good. Ben and the boys deserve any praise and I could not recommend them enough. It’s good to find a local company you can recommend.

An excellent job refitting en-suite. Good care taken to keep work area and hallway/stairs covered and dust free. Very welcoming and helpful in showroom when deciding what we wanted.

Ben, Joss, Sam & Callum, fitted our new wet room in late August 2025, the quality of materials and workmanship was 1st class, very impressed and love our new bathroom.

Delighted with all of the work carried out and the hard working, pleasant young men. I had an underfloor pipe leaking in the utility in March. They excavated and found the problem, then came back to replace pipe and fill in where exavated. Also cleared all carpets and flooring where water had caused problems, and removed units in utility and kitchen, together with washing machine and dryer. Work was quickly and efficiently carried out, nothing too much trouble. Their final visit in July was to replace all of the units and equipment, leaving everything clean and tidy. Very pleased

We are really pleased with our new shower and tiles finished last Friday. A very professional company from laying plastic down on our stairs to prevent any mess to the speed and skill with which everything was done, paying attention to the finest detail. So nice to be able to recommend a very local firm.

Had new immersion heater installed the lads were helpful reliable and very efficient in their work. Everything was kept clean and tidy very professional. Would definitely use again

Asked for someone to come a sort out a problem with me heating 1 week ago. Was promised a call back to confirm the appointment last Tuesday. 3 phone messages and 1 email later and still no answer. You are never able to talk to someone in the office as it always transfers to a mobile and you get no answers. I’ve been a customer of these for 2 years but won’t be returning this year.

Having done the work to replace a very old system boiler with new combi boiler and an unexpected leaking water pipe under a concrete floor creating a major addition to the pipe work. All completed in 4 days at a reasonable price was incredible. The team worked like slaves. They left the place clean and tidy at the end of each day. Were polite and helpful as space was very limited in the small bungalow.
I definitely would use them again. Highly recommended.

Absolutely amazing company the the boys worked so amazingly oil boiler completely broke had No heating what so ever .🥶🥶🥶🥶
Phone call to Ben at 4th gen arranged a site visit for new boiler with all electrical items .
turned up removed old boiler complete new pipework .couple of power flushes and 3 days later all done so clean and tidy is a understatement.
left them to it while I was at work .such trust worthy Company to work with 10/10 .

4thGen Plumbing recently refurbished our en-suite bathroom. The service they provided was first class! Extremely tidy, helpful, approachable & courteous.

Ben and his team completed an excellent job on my bathroom, installed a shower and cubicle, new wall panels and flooring. All the staff were very polite also and trustworthy. Their work was to avery high standard.
An excellent experience with 4 gen plumbing. Ben was a man of his word starting on time also completed in the time stated.

Not impressed. Arranged an appointment to replace our shower. Took a day off work as the time slot booked was 12 till 4 pm. Didn't turn up. No phonecall, email or text to explain why. Appalling customer service. Won't be using or recommending this company in future.
