I cannot recommend Peacock Heating and Cooling highly enough. I was dealing with virtually non‑existent hot water pressure due to an old gravity system and, after seeing their excellent Google reviews, I decided to give them a call.

From the very first conversation, Des was incredibly polite, approachable, and knowledgeable. In fact, when I rang him, he had just completed an installation for another customer fitting the very same unvented cylinder I desperately needed which instantly gave me confidence I was in the right hands.

Everything was installed exactly as quoted, with no surprises, and the quality of workmanship was outstanding. Honestly, I just wish I had found this company sooner. At my request, Des also installed a Hive thermostat, finally helping me step into the modern world!

Des is super easy to get hold of, call/texts he's responsive and when we needed a replacement boiler he sorted it out within the day! Maintenance is sorted each year with reminders from him that it's due.. such a good service. He's been our boiler-guy since we had our new home 4-5 years ago.

I had booked this company to do a job fitting a new boiler in March 2025,the last week in February the boiler gave up the ghost on a Friday night oh no !!!!! .I rang PEACOCK HEATING and spoke to the owner he promised to ring me back 15 minutes later he rang and I waited with bated breath for him to tell me when he was available ...........tomorrow at 8 a.m. was his reply Saturday morning sure enough by boiler was up and running that afternoon well done Des and Jordan, Saints in overalls .THANK YOU GUYS FOR YOUR CARE OF THE ELDERLY.

Des and Jordan supplied and fitted a new boiler for us recently as well as improvements to the existing pipework which took longer than expected. The out of hours service provided was second to none and we could not have asked more from Jordan over the Bank Holiday weekend (thank you Jordan). The customer service from Peacock Heating has been first class and Des and Jordan are people we feel very comfortable with.
I recommended Peacock Heating yesterday to one of my elderly neighbours who had a leaking radiator valve. On the same day Jordan had visited them, confirmed the problem and then returned with a replacement part to the delight of both of them.

I received 5 star service from Peacock Heating and would totally recommend Des for all of your heating needs. My boiler burst on Thursday morning and I was very grateful that Des came out the same day to assess the situation. My defective boiler was beyond repair so Des offered fair quotations and advice about Worcester Bosch products. He was then able to fit my new boiler within 48 hours, working on a Saturday to complete the job for me as I was without heat and hot water in January. Des is responsive, reliable, trustworthy and someone who really looks after his customers. He goes above and beyond to offer excellent service and help people as quickly as he can. I’ll be looking forward to my annual visit from Des to service my new boiler.

Replaced old boiler with latest eco Combi boiler. Des and Jordan arrived, on time, to fit the new boiler. Good advice regarding best boiler for the installation. Very neat and efficient fitting of the new system. Good explanation of the controls so that I get the best use of the new boiler.

Having Peacock Heating replace my central heating system was an absolute breath of fresh air. A lot of trades can be unreliable, but Des and Jordan carried out the work effortlessly. Communicating when they were on the way, explaining what work was being carried out, and incredibly tidy. Honestly cannot rate them highly enough and wouldn't hesitate on recommending them. They are carrying out their 3rd replacement central heating system in my road currently - which reminded me I haven't given them a review!! Really top notch guys and very reasonably priced.
