friendly fast service.

it was fast it was cheaper than others. i haven't had to use my insurance but, just in case if someone borrows my bike without permission then I can replace it. my experience was plesant.

I appreciate their follow up, great customer support!

I appreciate their follow up. Customer service seems great! Hopefully I won’t ever have to file an insurance claim but they seem like they’d take care of me. Having insurance on my e-bike gives me peace of mind. I’m glad I found a company that offers it.

So far so good

So far so good. My policy was taken care of very quickly and seems to cover all of the things I need it to. Their customer service team was able to answer all of my questions and get me all set up. Now I feel way more secure riding my custom bike.

I have rode mopeds for awhile and heard…

I have rode mopeds for awhile and heard so many horror stories on how one was stolen. Including one of my own. So when I finally was able to buy the ebike I wanted. Upstairs into my studio it went and got locked still. After researching insurance carriers .I applied to my choice and am no doubt 100% satisfied in manner which a policy was written. With a bike stolen every 9 seconds I was expecting around 2 days... I checking my email inbox. Which couldn't of been no more than 3 hrs since I applied...closer to 2, when I open and see the policy effective as of..for #....covering what was normal behavior on my behalf in order to be covered. Looked through all aspects of policy ....for that so called small print
Found nothing. With that in place bike still up stairs. Even ordered "BIKE SENTRY TAIL LIGHT ALARM " for $57.95 from. luxebikund.com. Next is GPS TRACKER after I have an apple iPhone. Peace of mind = best insurance is not having to use.

Oyster was seamless to work with and…

Oyster was seamless to work with and the initial quote only took a few minutes. Around 6 months later I actually had my bike stolen and the claims process was also quite straight forward and I was fully reimbursed. highly recommend! I now have several friends and family using as well!

Easiest insurance product I've used

I insured my road bike with Oyster because of their competitive rates and intuitive user interface. I was happy to see that the signup process was smooth and that customer support was quick to answer any questions I had. I couldn't recommend Oyster more.
