They did not answer if my ins cover thief or not. Lady say physical damage .. I told her it meant bike accident. Not thief. No explanation

So far so good!

Well, to be honest I haven't made a claim. THEN we'll have a much better answer. But it was quick, easy, great coverage and affordable. Also, the one question I did have was answered fast and I was taken care of. So far so good!

Customer service is great. Sign up is a bit weird because after entering one’s CC number, one is redirected to a “Chat page” instead of a typical confirmation screen. All worked out.

I guess the proof will be in the pudding if I ever, hopefully never, make a claim.

Smooth Sign-Up Process.
