Oyster sending clients private invoice…

Oyster sending clients private invoice to me in error, contacted number shown on email, number called on claims never heard of Oyster, get email from Oyster telling me to disregard email.I do. Receive call following day asking what is going on with claim. Speak to Oyster , they have never heard of number that called me. I could go on .(checking reviews noticed scam notifications, now getting a little stressed) Basically would not trust this company with my private information , as i still hold info for a business

Oyster is a fraud

Oyster is a fraud. They first take full payment for a year and when you file a legitimate claim they ask you for tons of documents forcing you to abandon your claim and you end up paying for the repair because it's a hassle to gather all the documentation they ask. Stay away from these people. They just want your money. It's a false protection, an illusion, difficult to process a claim. I repent having bought two policies for my two iPhones.

Peace of mind is worth lots

Process was straightforward. I'm very relieved at the peace of mind that my ebike is protected against theft. Living near Oakland made owning an ebike and driving around town worrisome. Knowing that I'm protected against theft and errant cars is very comforting.

I set up an insurance policy

I set up an insurance policy, then was told I had to pay it up front and not monthly, and you can't get a hold of them. No 24 hour customer service, can't find a way to cancel it on the site, and I accidentally activated it early. This is a scam. I'll have to call my bank tomorrow and block them from my account. I'm really ticked off! Wnjoy the 1 star Oyster, you deserve it
