Someone showed up and seemingly tried to repair my washing machine, but I don't get rid of the feeling that the business model is as follows and this is how I experienced it:
Repair only the simplest faults possible. For everything else, seem busy for 10 minutes, then make up a reason (like "mainboard broken") without compelling evidence, and collect the 69EUR asap.
I could be wrong, but the handiman didn't seem very knowledgable on electronics and couldn't really explain to me WHY he thinks the mainboard was broken. He didn't check the EMI filter, nor removed the motherboard from the machine to inspect it. Just held a multimeter somewhere and said there is "no voltage" there. What?!
I regret contacting Witgoed Trouw.
Avoid this company. They only want the EUR 69 for 15 mins. No follow up, waited 2 months and called maybe 50 times for a repair appointment. Ordered the equipment myself, they did not bother to search for original parts and said no original parts available when I could find them myself online. Cancelled twice without no reason, nobody dared to show up once on the mentioned date and time. Phones are not picked up by anyone until you call every day or multiple times a day. No replies to e-mails. Tries charging EUR 200 for a 1.5 hour repair appointment. Avoid this company. Zero stars if I could give zero stars.
From the first contact within 24 hours as advertised, Mounir was on both occasions extremely professional, punctual in keeping appointments, very friendly, and explaining everything step. Clearly very skilled at his job, Mounir identified the problem quickly and resolved with a new part within two days. Competitive pricing too. I could not recommend more.
